One of my favorite stores in traverse city. Beautifully curated clothes, jewelry, and homegoods, a great selection for everyone. The staff is always so friendly and engaging and can help put together an outfit for any occasion. A must visit whenever I am in town.

Beautiful clothes, fancy made in the U.S. linen garments, and very attentive staff. A very pleasant vibe and environment overall.

Just stopped in as we were walking around. Seems like a cute place.

The store had beautiful clothes but the staff was less than attentive. They ignored me but when I walked in but made a big deal of greeting the girls that came in behind me. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

Fantastic merchandise... overall design a 5. Zero greeting, felt completely ignored as the workers walked around me.

Worst retail experience I have ever had. Sales attendant accused us of stealing a pair of PANTS multiple time and refused to listen or have a conversation. There was never an apology after she realized I had in fact not stolen anything and continued to accuse us AFTER other store attendants had told her that she was in the wrong. Do not go here unless you want to be profiled by sad, unprofessional people who take their anger out on innocent shoppers trying to enjoy their day because of how miserable they are. I spoke to the manager who was very apologetic and eager to rectify the situation. BEWARE OF TALL MEAN BLONDE AND DO NOT TRY ON CLOTHES UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ACCUSED OF STEALING.
