Got our 3 serviced here and it was a great experience! We live 3.5 hours away and tried to get a noise troubleshooted by two local service centers that couldn’t figure it out. Tesla took the time to figure it out and fix it. They had to keep our car for a week and gave us a loaner which was a necessity for me so I was incredibly grateful. Hopefully we will get a service center closer to home in the future but for now I would happily return here.

I wish Tesla had a closer service center, but at least when I’m in Minneapolis I always get excellent service here. They handled two issues with my car in under two hours at a very affordable rate.

I had a service emergency and the service staff were super helpful and friendly, accommodated me on zero notice and got me taken care of. Pretty sweet loaner too. This is my favorite Tesla service center and I would absolutely recommend coming here

Matt was very helpful and patient. He helped me figure out which car would suit my lifestyle best with our dogs. Him and the rest of the staff there are all super kind and I definitely recommend stopping by if you have any questions

Purchased a Y here. Marcel was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, generous with his time, and honest at every turn. Strongly recommend this dealership to anybody in the area who is considering a Tesla, or even if you are not super close this is one of the best experiences I've had with any dealership anywhere.

Love these guys! Elisa, our delivery assistant, was the best! We purchased a model 3 this past weekend and couldn't be happier with the car! As for the non traditional way of purchasing a car online and delivering method, it was nice to avoid all of the regular dealership BS and get straight to picking up our car. Everyone here is so gracious, kind, and so informative. There is just great Vibes in this place. We had a small hiccup with our paperwork, but our delivery assistant went out of her way to make it up to us, couldn't be happier! We even did our trade-in online and got a really good trade in price for our used pickup. So if you are on the fence about buying a Tesla, I can highly recommend, so go buy one already!

The staff here was great! They want you to fully immerse yourself in the potential of owning a totally different type of vehicle. We were laughing like boys as we were impressed with the features and performance. Very impressive company, very impressive product! Can't wait to get my hands on one for myself.

Neck snapping speed and we were looking at the base 3! So fun to drive. Great staff, super helpful and friendly. Showroom is small but these guys are changing the industry so kudos! Def go here if you want to learn more about these cars!

Beautiful show room. Friendly service. Awesome cars. This was a fantastic experience. Or online test-drive request didn't work, but the folks at the store took care of us. We will definitely be coming back to this location.

After the folks here serviced my Tesla it’s finally brought back that smile of accomplishment that I once had while driving my Tesla.

Service Desk front desk is always helpful and knowledgeable with what is done; I forget her name but the lady that checked me in and out is always communicative and professional.

The mechanic or mechanics that serviced my car last did a wonderful job and it’s brought back my faith in Tesla’s quality.

I almost decided to switch back to Toyotas but I think I’ll be getting an M3 in the future now.

Fantasic model 3 test drive experience from Eden Prairie Tesla in MN. Thanks Sam & Kate! Great smooth acceleration. Kate was so helpful getting us set up & answered our questions. We tried 2 different Hy-Vee's to charge (1 super charger & 1 where the adapter was needed). Made driving fun again for this 100 mile/day commuter.

Amazing service and amazing employees!! Always have the answer or will get it for you. Very accommodating when a tire bead broke. Loans me a car until I got fixed.

New cars are always exciting right? For everything that is very custom- the restrooms lack finesse. Not really a problem, but unexpected with Mr.Musks attention to detail and experience.

Max at eden prairie works in sales not service but assisted me after my service in multiple ways...helping me with screen display, putting on my license plate, giving me lots of helpful hints. I've never had such support! P

I have owned their EV for about two months now. Facility is a bit small but they get the job done. Mike in the service is exceptional to work with. He always clears up service issues and fixes.

So obsessed to the experience of Tesla we said yes to the car. Don’t go unless you are ready to purchase because these cars will haunt your dreams. Sales Associates are not your typical car salesman and are consistently helpful through the process.

Fantastic customer service! We came in for a test drive, and we're in a car in just a few minutes. No pressure, just there to answer any questions you may have. We left thoroughly impressed with the Model 3 and the experience. We wanted to test out a Mach E, but apparently Ford doesn't have any to test drive anywhere in the entire metro area!! They just made our decision easy. Can't wait to drive our new Model 3.
