Great place to hang out and get work done. Relaxing atmosphere; not overly noisy. Background music is nice and not too loud or distracting. Their chicken salad sandwich is bomb! Very craveable - fresh bread, almonds, lettuce, tomato, and the cherries take it to the next level.

I was surprised by how reasonable their prices are compared to some other coffee shops I frequent. I'll probably start coming here more often!

My iced coffee was solid, as was my nutella, banana, and almond sandwich - very unique! Friendly staff. There are two gender-neutral bathrooms here, and an ample parking lot next to the building. Overall, a nice local coffee shop!

Wonderful neighborhood coffee shop, great food and beverage options, plenty of comfortable, cozy seating. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and friendly. The Hot Jodi is a delicious latte!

I’ve only been here once so far but I’d love to come back. I stopped in on my way to work and the folks working were SO friendly. The atmosphere was very chill even with a morning rush. I can see myself coming here to get work done, journal, read, for a date. There’s a really open front area with some small tables and chairs along the walls, then another area in the back with additional seating.

This place is just beautiful. Super friendly staff and a nice overall atmosphere. Lots of tables to spread out and work. A whole back area as well, which features more space and a stage. There was an open mic the night I went, which was great! But also, if you wanted to work and not hear the performers, the whole front area was apart, and had a door that shut for quiet during working.

Great food, great coffee, and great feel. I will come back!

This is a hidden gem! I went into Rewind next door and was craving my afternoon chai afterwards. I'm still on a Starbucks boycott so I've been trying to go to local coffee shops and I saw The Coffee Shop next door! I ordered the Killer Chai (which is amazing) and the chocolate chip banana bread (also incredible!). The staff was super friendly and I felt very welcomed and safe, I will definitely be back!

Everyone raves about the bars and coffee. I should have had coffee. The hot chocolate was watery with no chocolate flavor. I hope it's better next time. I love the location and atmosphere.

I’ve been coming here to work for years. Good beverages. Nice lunch food. Good WiFi. Plenty of space to spread out. Easy access to plug ins. I moved away and still try to come back when I can!

We love this coffee shop. The staff are friendly, kind, and polite. The coffee is amazing and I’m a sucker for the vegan pumpkin bread.

This should be called "The Best Coffee Shop" instead. Everything from food to drinks here are incredible.

The baristas are all so wonderful here, and each speciality coffee I have had here has been so good. I would highly recommend trying them out!

I come here to study at the weekends. The athmosphere is great. Snacks are amazing, l love chocolate croissants and fruit parfait. Staff is really sweet.

First time visit, lovely place! Large menu of drinks but also lunch and breakfast type foods. To-go packaged fresh foods as well as options from the kitchen. Packaged foods include cake and baked goods options as well as salads and veggies, parfaits and a few other items. Ample seating but it was packed when we arrived. There was a single 2-seat table perfect for us in the room with the counter, and there were 2 other similar tables. Other tables are in the back of various sizes along with a few booths.

Clearly a community-oriented local shop. Lots of other cute local shops in the area as well. Local art for sale on the walls as well as some community information.

The coffee is good, though unremarkable. We both got drip though I also had a Florentine which is drip mixed with hot chocolate. The hot chocolate is made with milk and in addition to cow’s milk they have oat, soy, and almond milk options. The Florentine was delicious but how could it not be. ;) It’s a good option to get chocolate flavor but without the extra sweetness or espresso of a mocha. Drip coffee options were 3 different caffeinated and 1 decaf.

Nothing is advertised as gluten free but the breakfast and salad menus show options which should be gluten-free but I’m not sure if cross contamination is expected. We didn’t eat so I can’t comment. Plenty of vegetarian options but not much for vegan at quick glance.

This is one of my absolute favorite coffee shops in the twin cities, and definitely my #1 cafe-type place to go! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The coffee is delicious--I love trying seasonal flavored drinks and they always have a lot to offer. I find their balance between the coffee and flavoring to be very well done and tasty. Their food, especially their sandwiches, are also delicious! My favorite go-to is the caprese sandwich, it's incredible 🙌🏼 The space is great too, both for remote work or just chilling for a bit. I love that they also always have art up for sale on the walls. 10/10 place and I highly recommend.

Great locally owned coffee shop with a neighborhood vibe. Love that they have local artists displaying their works.

Fabulous quiche, Veggie, feta cheese and sundried tomato.
The gentleman who made/heated up the quiche is always very personable and friendly.

Excellent little shop with plenty of parking. They were hoping on a Saturday morning but were super efficient.

9/2022 Update: Still my favorite local coffeeshop! Since the pandemic, they have removed all seating in the front section to give space for people to stand and wait for orders. The wait can be long during coffee rush hours and having a safe space to stand is great! The back is opened up for seating to dine in our spend time with friends or work. I love all of their baked desserts, still a fan of the pistachio cake!

My favorite coffeeshop!! Great drinks and food!! Love their cakes... pistachio is dreamworthy. Also love chocolate on chocolate and carrot cake!! Great monster cookies!
