Joanna Haveman, MD

Dr. Haveman has been our family doctor for years. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers questions thoroughly. She’s very knowledgeable and personable so she’s easy to talk to. Going to a doctor appointment with Dr Haveman is a comfortable experience so we don’t dread going to the doctor anymore. Strongly recommended.

I have established care with Dr Haveman the fall of last year and my first in person visit was very pleasant. Dr Haveman is easy to work with, patient, knowledgeable. Today I had my first virtual appointment with her and it went smooth, saving me the time I wouldn’t have spent driving 30 min to the clinic in Zeeland. Warmly recommend.

I have been searching for a PCP since moving to Michigan two years ago, and I instantly felt comfortable and ‘at home’ in Dr. Haveman’s office. She was so thorough, so personable, so kind… I truly feel fortunate that she was taking on new patients while I was looking! Her nurse (I don’t recall her name) was absolutely wonderful, made me feel instantly relaxed, and even shared a delicious meal with me that all three of my kids ate (pretty much a miracle)! When discussing the appointment with my husband, I told him that it was the first appointment in possibly the last decade that I didn’t feel rushed and I didn’t feel like just another number. I could not recommend Dr. Haveman enough, and I look forward to partnering with her on my health journey moving forward!

The office staff was also very kind and professional, and the wait time was practically non-existent! Great office, great staff, fantastic doctor!

Dr Haveman seemed to be a no nonsense doctor! Several times asked if I had any additional questions, told me that now that I was an established patient, if she was not available one of her partners could or would! I was very comfortable with her approach! So glad that Dr Haveman is now my PCP.
