They were very accommodating, especially Roz, who personally assisted me. I walked in - without an appt - on the day taxes were due to the IRS. I half expected to be scolded for waiting so long, but everyone was welcoming. Roz took her time and was very thorough. She completed my return and submitted it. I will remain her customer going forward!

I went to Jackson Hewitt yesterday after work. When I got there I was greeted with a warm welcome and they were ready to help me. I was working with a rep by the name of Latoya. Latoya was awesome. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable and just a not to sit with. Having your taxes done can be an intense, stressful time but working with someone like Latoya can help you to relax and feel comfortable. There was no pressure any time during my visit. I recommend Jackson Hewitt as your tax preparers any time, thanks to my girl Latoya. Go check her out, she will work it out for you!!!!

My tax preparer Mary Covington is very professional. She has my taxes done in a timely manner. When I come into the office I never have to wait to be serviced. This is my second year with her and she will see me next year.
