Wandering Dave’s

We just had Dave and his son here with their food truck for a company event. They arrived right on time and were ready to go, serving up their amazing selection of sandwiches in record time. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about the food and fries. Dave was also able to help me on very short notice and at a reasonable rate. We look forward to having them back!

Wow I had a fantastic dinner here the other day! We stopped by on our way to another event so we didn’t want to have too many leftovers and decided to share some things. Well we over ordered, of course, but I’m not disappointed! The guy at the front was SO friendly. They have a very unique menu ranging from chicken sandwiches, to ramen, to pork chops. We decided to get the buttermilk chicken sandwich, the Mac n cheese, and the truffle fries. Everything was fantastic and I highly recommend it. I’m honestly just trying to figure out another excuse to get up to that area so we can eat there again!

This place is amazing! On a whim we decided to come here and thrilled we did! The chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly and the ramen with ginger miso was spot on. The apps were on point with portions and quality.

Came by to grab an early lunch and was entice with the photos posted by other people. Decided to try and it was the best decision ever. We grabbed two different chicken sandwiches(chicken bacon ranch and the classic buttermilk chicken) and they were delicious, very freshly made. The Calabrian chili pepper sauce on the classic was delicious, it’s more sweet than spicy but great. And if you like bacon they put in a nice cut on the chicken bacon ranch. Definitely take a friend so you can try the other stuff on their menu, the other items sounds great. From placing our order and leaving(took the food to go) it took about ten minutes tops(we were there maybe 30mins before 12 so probably avoided the lunch rush). Definitely stopping by again when up in the area!

I’m shocked this place doesn’t have a line out the door. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten one bad thing here. My personal favorite and usual go to the chicken salad sandwich. I get it on a brioche bun and it’s delicious! They pair it with a really thick bacon an extra crunch.

My bf and I have gotten so many things from here but one of the best specials we’ve ever had was last winter. They made a pasta with a black pepper cream sauce that was out of this world.

I can only hope more word spreads about this place. I think the only thing stopping it from being a huge success is the location. If you don’t know about Wandering Dave’s then it’s kind of hard to come across in the particular shopping center it’s in. I wish them all the success! I hope next time I go there is a line out the door, because a small town like this NEEDS innovation like theirs.

A pretty friendly place. The service was admirably fast and even the owner came out to chat with us. The food was an absolute delight and got everything down to point. Would go here again if around the area.

I had the most delicious and HUGE burger I've ever had and it was amazing. It's called the crushed melt in case you want to order. The fries were super crispy and flavorful, especially with the parmesan and garlic added.

Amazing food!!!! Everything we order was so good. I love the ramen!!!!!! Everyone is so nice too, highly highly recommend!!!!

Best farm to table eats in the area hands down! Best of all is the service! You can be sure Dave will check to see if you loved your food and he will have a little something on the side for you to try for next time. Love this spot!!!

Best chicken sandwich I've had in a long time. I had a moment like that food critic in Ratatouille. Will definitely be back.

So glad I don't have to chase down the truck anymore. Sophisticated comfort food, progressive international flavors for the area. My consistent faves are the saffron lobster mac and cheese or the Korean pork belly tacos.

The grilled cod fish sandwich is delicious!! Very happy with the gluten-free options. Pic attached is chicken sandwich on a gf roll - incredibly yummy.

Food is great and in a relaxed atmosphere. Very well thought out and they can adjust to accommodate dietary restrictions.

I've gotten takeout from Dave's a handful of times, and it's always been amazing — but my family has recently started to cater some holidays and events through Wandering Dave's... And it was a fantastic choice. I showed up late to Mother's Day and raced to the food in hopes of finding a fried chicken slider waiting for me... Thankfully, there were a few left - because they are one of the best things I've ever eaten in my damn life.

I rarely review but their Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich was 🔥 and I passed on the Calabrian chili sauce.

My wife and I were at an event in Patterson on Saturday and the Wandering Dave's Food truck was there. Not only was the pricing very reasonable but the food was delicious! Everyone that was at this event that had something from the Food Truck raved about the taste of what they ate.. Dave has the magic touch with food!

What a wonderful treat. Totally unexpected in a shopping center! Better breakfast than I could make at home. Farm fresh, exceptional. Can't wait to go back for lunch and dinner. Owner and son are dedicated!

I've lived in brewster for 4 years now and just now came across it im disappointed i didnt find this sooner the food was so good and fresh.

Top-notch quality food. Tastes fantastic. Great selection. And super friendly and helpful staff. Cannot ask for more! Ordered the full Thanksgiving meal from them. Family said it was the best they had had. Great job to all!!! Will come again, as am local!
