Working with Midwest Roofing was a true pleasure from the time of our estimate through the completion of the roof and ending with the cleanup. Everything was absolutely professional; prices were proposed, roofing dates set and met, and there were no surprises. Communications were timely and clear. The roofing crew was efficient and pleasant. The clean up was thorough and finished the same day. If we had another roof to replace we would definitely count on Midwest roofing again!

I used Midwest for a roof replacement after storm damage this spring. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed of everything at each step of the process. The project manager was punctual for each meeting and the installation happened just as he described it would. The materials were dropped off on schedule, the crew arrived on schedule and completed the job in one day. Very happy with the experience.

I cannot say enough good things about the Tim & the Midwest Construction team. Three years ago I decided to buy my first home, unfortunately soon it was determined I needed a new roof. My house is a 100+ year old home - it’s very tall and has an extremely pitched roof so I was nervous about the difficulty and skill it would take to replace it. Midwest Construction took the time to meet with me and walk me through the process - the crew was professional, skilled and treated my home with care. Replacing a roof was a big expense for me so it was important to know that I was using a trustworthy company that does great work at a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

Called Tim to inspect our roof and he was courteous and flexible in scheduling a visit. He walked me through the inspection and, in the end, recommended that we wait on investing in a new roof and explained why. I must say this interaction was refreshing! Having someone that gives an honest assessment and is not opportunistic is rare. When I need a new roof I will definitely be calling Tim again. Highly recommend Midwest Construction.

Had a really great experience working with Midwest Construction. Was thankful to find out the repairs we needed were a lot more minor than anticipated. It was a pleasant surprise! Customer service was great. We have recommended Tim at Midwest Construction to two of our neighbors so far!

Back in May 2022, we had some hail come through in Oakdale, MN. Being new homeowners, we didn't think too much on it. My dad mentioned that we should have a roof inspector at least check to see if there had been any hail damage to the roof. About the first week in June, we had someone come by from Midwest Roof & Solar to ask if we'd like our roof to be inspected. We agreed and shortly after we were setup with Jim. After Jim came to inspect our roof and siding, he noticed hail damage and so I moved forward with my claim through StateFarm. That weekend, I had a virtual inspection with StateFarm and Jim. Jim came in person, which was nice as he knew where the hail damage was located. That weekend, we already got our roof claim approved and within a 1.5weeks, Jim had setup the date for the team to come install our roof. They came on July 21st around 6am and finished ontime around 4pm. The team went fast and efficiently. Thank you to Jim and the team! Will also be going through them for my siding too.

Called Midwest Construction after some storm damage and Tim came out to inspect and give recommendations. He was very honest and fair and chose them out of the 3 we met with and couldn’t have been happier in our choice. They did a great job on our home, we would highly recommend to family and friends.

From start to finish working with Midwest was the best experience I have had in a long, long time with a professional services company. Our roof replacement was not covered by insurance due to its age so Derek at Midwest worked so hard to keep the expense as low as he could, which was extra tough with materials costs being so inflated due to shortages. The install crew was courteous, hard working and if it weren't for the nailing on of the shingles we probably would not have even known they were here. They even recognized that one of our roof vents was placed on a shared wall basically rendering it useless so they took the time to move it and others so that they were effective and handle the repair at no extra cost to us. Don't hesitate at all to have Midwest Roof and Solar handle your roofing needs!!!

I can’t say enough about the job that Ryan, Tim and Erik did for me from start to finish. They were thorough and timely in their inspection, review and roof replacement. They made the entire process incredibly simple for me and it was done faster than I imagined possible. Tim's ability to work with the insurance adjuster was a huge asset and relief for us. His pricing was accurate, the project was completed in one day , and the clean-up was meticulous.

Had a hail storm that came through our area and impacted my roof. I didn't know whether or not insurance was going to cover the repairs or replacements, so I called Ryan Scheeler at Midwest. He walked me through the entire process, and I ended up getting an entirely new roof - Even after my insurance agent said he didn't think there was enough damage for a claim. Highly recommend these guys for any replacement or repair work, was extremely pleased with the results! You won't be disappointed, trust me.

Oh nothing but great things. I called up to have an assessment on a roof due to some mold issue on the roof to see,possibilities that could have caused mold. They came out with in a couple days and gave an honest assessment. Told us flat out they didn’t think it was a roofing problem. They also said the roof could be replaced but not a big reason for the mold and that the roof had some life and should be replaced at some point but not a major issue short term. Really appreciated the honesty and also not a roof change needed. But you bet we will ask them to come out again in the next couple years to when we are ready for a roof to be replaced. They also suggested contacting an insulation company and that maybe more impactful for our issue which it turns out it was! Knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. That’s what I’d have to say about Midwest Construction. Thank you!

I’ve lived in my home for five years and in that five years two massive storms have rolled through causing major damage to my home. On both occasions Midwest Construction answer the call and got my home looking like new. I was extremely pleased with the prompt responses to my questions. The knowledge of materials and also the attention to detail that was put into the repairs. It’s nerve-racking to have your home in disarray. Midwest Construction reassured me that I’d be more than happy with the result. That’s an understatement. My home is back looking brand new. 5 stars.

The roofers showed up on time and ready to go! And it happened so quickly after I signed the contract which I really appreciated. My new roof was affordable and the guys literally did it in a day. Tim spent at least an hour and a half with our insurance adjuster going through what damage he saw to our roof. After that time, the insurance adjuster agreed and our claim was approved. I appreciated Tim and his company going the extra mile.
