Frattallone's Hardware & Garden

Our neglected snowblower needed a tuneup, and I called several places before deciding on Frattallone's. So glad we went with them! Their pickup & delivery fee was reasonable, and they were upfront about the costs to repair the machine. They also gave us tips on how to better maintain it. The snowblower runs smoothly and a bit quieter now, so our neighbors will be happy too.

Frattallone's has a great hardware selection if you're looking to not be overwhelmed by the big box brands.

Service at this store is unbelievable. Every employee is so willing to help. My trips are always just minutes. It’s great for the neighborhood and others passing by. My first thought is to always go to Home Depot and then instead I go here and walk out happy as ever. Andy did a great job today with helping find the right bulb and grounding outlet 3-prong. Keep up the great work!

We run Minnesota dryer vent guys and we went into the hardware store to get some drill bits that could drill into brick and also needed some screws. It was our first time in the store. And one of the crewmembers that's out on the floor walking around help us out and directed us to the drill bit area and screws also adhesives. The worker was well-detailed and went out of his way to make sure that I had the right product for what I was trying to do.
So we wanted to reach out and say thank you for doing such a good job and making sure that the jobs that we do for our customers turn out right because we got the right products.
So thank you guys for helping us on the 4th of July weekend we hope that everything goes great for you guys to.

All I needed was a set screw. A very helpful and friendly store guy got me what I needed quickly.

Staff is super helpful. Not like the big box store competition where you feel like to are bother people with questions.

Stopped by last night, looking to replace broken wooden handle on snow shovel. Jim went above and beyond with his help, even drilling out the old handle and custom-fitting the new one for me. I'm sorry he accidentally nicked his knuckle in the process, and wouldn't accept my handshake of thanks due to his bleeding hand. Despite all that, he delivered service with a smile! We're fortunate to have this store in our area!

Came in for two screws for my license plate and they went above and beyond to figuring out the plates needed holes drilled to fit the ones already on the car. They did that and fixed the plates. $2 for the screws and out the door. Very helpful great service. Thanks.

I'm working on the doughnut shop on the corner and I have needed things like outlets, hangers for shelves and bolts and they have had them and a lot more. The staff are real friendly and know where to find what you ask for all in all a good hardware store.

Frattallone's Hardware has everything you need including dog food and samples if your dog wants to try it. Customer service is top notch, very organized and clean. If you need help finding something the employee's there will be delighted to help you and go out of their way to make sure you're happy! It's right near highway 100 which makes it very convenient to get what you need and get back to finish whatever you were doing. Convenience is what I like makes everything doable.

Jim helped me with some unique key duplication. Everybody was friendly, informational, and efficient in the store. Jim went above and beyond to make sure the key would work for the lock. Highly recommended!

I usually don't leave reviews, but my experiences with this store have been so positive that I had to say something. As new homeowners, we've had our fair share of challenges and projects around the house. We first started going to big box retailers (I won't name names) for our hardware and grilling needs, but were disappointed by the level of customer service.

That's when we decided to go to Ace Hardware. Our first experience with Ace involved purchasing a grill. We knew exactly which grill we wanted, but we didn't want to haul it home and put it together ourselves. The team at Ace was able to assemble and deliver it the next day! Upon delivery, they also took the time to show us how to operate it. It was truly an A+ experience.

Our second experience involved purchasing hardware to assemble our patio furniture set. Unfortunately the manufacturer didn't send the hardware along with the furniture, and we were scrambling to find the right screws. Not only did the team at Ace help us find the right screws, but when they didn't have the exact size we were looking for, they took the time to trim the next size up to essentially custom fit screws for our patio furniture.

Overall, the customer service at this store is second to none. I will never go to another hardware store again.

Amazingly friendly and helpful the minute I walk in. They have tons of product for painting, gardening, plumbing, and making keys (to only name a few). As a loyalty member (at no cost to me), I get 5 dollar coupons in the mail all the time that keep me going back to them.

I came in with my dad, a 103-year World War 2 Vet to see if they could repair his walker because there was a four-week wait on getting a new walker. Not only did they repair it but said it was "on the house." For my dad, having a workable walker was extremely important. For me, seeing such gracious service was something you don't always get!!!

Upon walking into Frattallone's Ace hardware, I am always greeted and asked if I could have them help me find something I'm looking for. Once I'm done with what I came for, it's always fun to walk the aisles to see what interesting things and curiosity items they may have that I didn't know I totally needed! From bird seed to fertilizer to an excellent selection of canning items and various jars, they have plumbing and paint and pretty much everything you need. It's our first stop when looking for kitchen gadgets and light bulbs. And they make keys for you on the spot, and have a wide variety of options for key blanks. It's always great to go shop at Frattallone's!

Nice place. Employees greet you at the door and point you in the direction to what you are looking for. Can always get in and out in a hurry

I went in looking for a replacement bolt that might work instead of a custom bolt that was damaged. The employee found the best possible fit, went into the back of the shop and ground the cap of the bolt to resemble the custom one, then proceeded to re-thread the damaged female threads on the drill handle (where the bolt belongs) and sent me on my way.

I paid 80 cents.

Awesome service today, I cut my self and needed zip ties for a minor motor vehicle repair.
The gentleman that assisted me offered a band aid and directions to a washroom.
Thanks again for your hospitality as I feel the Ace employee went above and beyond for a customer.
