Willson Brothers Roofing

They did an awesome job replacing my roof! From start to finish all the guys worked so hard to get the roof done in one day, working 12 plus hours! Clean up was very efficient, no nails left behind. Greg walked me through every step, since this was my first roof replacement. I highly recommend Willson Brothers Roofing!

We recently experienced a roof leak. Willson Brothers Roofing arrived the day we called to check the roof's condition and provide an estimate. We needed a complete tear off and replacement, which was completed on one day. Would use them again.

Have used Willson Brothers Roofing in the past for roof leaks, excellent response time, report is extremely detailed. Due to the great work they have done in the past I trusted them to do my eaves, soffits and fascia. The work was done well and issues were taken care of immediately would use them again.

I am extremely frustrated with the service (or lack thereof)! We were told someone would be out to inspect our roof on Monday 9/9, nobody came to our house. We called about 5 times and each time we were told that they would get a hold of the technician and would give us a call and they would send a note to the manager. No call from the manager. Confirmed that we would have to move the appointment to Thursday 9/12 due to rain. The technician would call us at 5:00PM Thursday to let us know if he would come out due to rain. No call- We called the company once again and they said they would be putting a note into the manager and that it looks like Friday 9/13 between 8:00-10:00AM would be the time the technician would be out. No show or call again. We called the company and they said they escalated this to the head manager, and they would be calling in 20 minutes. No call!!! We called another company and they were so gracious to come out to our house today (Friday 9/13). Wilson Brothers was made aware from the beginning, that we are selling our house and we needed the flashing on our roof looked at before closing (which is in 10 days). This is extremely time sensitive and all the run around we got wasted precious time.
I would NOT recommend anyone work with this company!!!
