I went into AutoZone last weekend to get new windshield wipers and was fortunate to work with Derrik B., the assistant manager. He was phenomenal—he answered all my questions, helped me pick the product that worked best for my needs and my car, and even helped with the installation. He is very personable and excels at customer service and taking initiative. My experience working with him is one of the best and most fun customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

As a woman, I'm used to getting treated like I'm not knowledgeable when I go into auto parts. That sounds really, really silly but it's the only way to put it, but the staff here were incredibly kind and helpful. I needed help finding a suitable portable jump starter and the young man at the register explained each one they had and helped me get the one I needed without breaking the bank! I really appreciated the kindness here. Thank you so much for the great experience! Side note, google says this autozone is located on the further corner of this little mall but it is actually on the nearest left corner when you turn!

Derrick B provided the best service to me today. He found the right auto headlight burb for me. Importantly he helped me to replace it outside at the cold weather. He is excellent. Absolutely five stars! Happy new year to Derrick B! Thank you again!

Derrick took extra care when replacing my windshield wipers today. He noticed that a connector wasn't the right one, went back to the store to get a new one, was courteous and polite, suggested I wait in the car away from the cold weather while he completed the replacement. Five stars! Thank you!

Phenomenal customer service.
Had a difficult to replace burnt out headlamp. I didn't catch his name, but he took the time to look up a video on how to change it from inside the wheel well. Then changed it in 3° weather. $18 lightbulb. Will always come back.

Phenomenal customer service. I came in with a used Prius that was showing check engine lights. Elijah was nice enough to come out and check the codes. Not only that he also checked the oil level (common Prius issue leading to check engine light coming on) and tested my battery. It was very thorough and he was friendly and patient throughout, answering all my questions. It was very much appreciated

Amazing service Derrick Brown is great he helped me install my light bulb and was Gary friendly. I recommend him all the time

Everyone was so nice and helpful! I was about an hour from home, in Woodbury, on a Sunday afternoon with my 2 year old grandson when I realized I had lost my oil cap and was in desperate need of a fix. The employees made multiple trips out to my car to find me a temporary fit to get us home! The woman and gentleman went way above and beyond their duties to help and were friendly every step of the way! I hope their manager sees this!

I wasn’t even a customer today. But I received wonderful help when I was parked outside the Woodbury Auto Zone and my old Honda Odyssey panic alarm went off and continued to go off every time I turned my key to try and drive away. Joanne N from the store came out to where I was parked sitting so frustrated not knowing what to do while my teenage daughter was dying with embarrassment. Joanne was able to disarm the alarm in 30 seconds and we were on our way. Wonderful customer service and just kind help all around, thank you Joanne and Auto Zone.

My battery was dead and it was still under warranty. I spoke to Cassandra and Kevin and they did everything to help me get a new battery short of her bring it to me herself. Such lovely staff of kind compassionate people. I will never shop anywhere else and Cassandra deserves a raise for wonderful customer service!

Big thank you to Mike (Hudson Rd Woodbury location), who graciously checked my oil level, found correct oil, and even filled my oil when my oil level was unexpectedly low on my lunchtime errands. So appreciated!

Traveling well over 5k miles on a three week trip, our car need oil, I so bravely decide to add the oil myself. As I was putting the cap back on I dropped it and it was no where to be found (We we're stuck at the speed way). We found the local auto zone and it was a 7 min walk. We rushed over to get a new one but unfortunately they didn't have a match for our car. LEE R. And the rest of the helpful men gave us an idea to safely move our car to their store. They tried to find the cap for some time and could not find it either in the car. Luckily they had someone coming from their distribution store and they got us one and Lee put it back on for us. He was so helpful and understanding in my goofy mess up. This was our half way mark traveling back to Ohio. Not having anyone near or any idea of what to do, Lee R was so awesome, took care of us and made us feel valued. Best customer service I have ever had. 10/10.

Very helpful people working here. If you drive on up with your car they will test the battery and also install the new one then recycle the old one for you.
Very happy with the service here and recommend them for your auto part needs.
