I have been using Luminate Bank for about two years now for all of my banking. After a big bank allowed a thief to take over $12K from our accounts for over 30 days and never getting any interest we knew it was time to move. Luminate has been fantastic, any questions I’ve had are quickly answered and they are extremely friendly whenever I’ve went in. Their rates are phenomenal and would recommend to anyone. It isn’t the most fun to move banks but well worth it.

Wonderful! - I (Finally) left a big bank a year ago and the process to switch accounts couldn't have been easier! The amount of money we're earning each month/year in interest on our accounts is significant too. The customer service is excellent and the digital platform is very user friendly. Conrad and his team did a great job guiding me through the process to get my first home loan. He and his team communicated clearly and regularly. They made it easy for me to provide information to them and track my progress as the loan moved toward approval (particularly impressive in the midst of quarantine). Everything went smoothly and was ready ahead of schedule. Conrad also connected me with a realtor and a home insurance provider that I was extremely happy with. I will definitely be working with him again in the future when the need arises!
