Tradehome Shoes

I was looking for new shoes with my daughter and we stopped in. The store was really busy however, Julian and Matthias were so kind and helpful! These guys go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I will definitely be shopping here again. They were both knowledgeable, kind, and friendly – you don’t find that very often these days, especially in the customer service industry!

First time shopping here and was referred from someone at the "Finish Line" in the Mall. We went in was greeted by Pierce C. I will say I went to several other shoe stores, tried on SEVERAL shoes. None were what I needed. He really took the time to find out what I needed and DELIVERED! He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. He REALLY made it a positive experience and WE will be back.

Quite possibly the best shoe buying experience we’ve had. Nick, the manager there was amazing! I have never thought I could learn so much about our feet let alone shoes. Nick was very informative and helpful getting my fiancé into a great pair of walking shoes and insole. Never once did we feel pressured to buy something, he was genuinely helping us understand all there was to know about styles, shapes and the way we should wear our shoes. We will most certainly be back as long as he’s working there! Thanks again.

Excellent customer service with the manager Dylan Meyer. He gave me his undivided attention as I explained the issues I was having with my feet & walking shoes. Dylan taught me so much and was very friendly and kind. Tradehome Shoes at Ridgedale is definitely my new go-to place for high quality products and personalized service.

Incredible customer service! Nicholas, the manager of the store, was super attentive and went above and beyond to help my husband and I find shoes that would give us the best support and help our current feet/back problems. He was extremely patient and passionate and made the shoe shopping experience fun. My husband said that was the first shopping experience he enjoyed.

Seriously, this is the best! I was just in this afternoon and the gentleman that helped me fit me into a dream pair of shoes! He recommended based on my collapsed arches, and he was very knowledgeable! I felt more comfortable than I have in years!

Great cutomer service

Horrible customer service. My boyfriend purchased a pair of shoes in store and since they didn’t have his size, he had to order them online in store. They did not give us tracking or let us know when they should be in. We had to call to see if they were in store to go pick them up. They kept saying one more day and low and behold, the shoes were at the EP store. They kept giving us the run around saying they were coming from the EP store and never called us back on it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE, IT WAS NOT WORTH THE PRICE OF THE SHOES SINCE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL.
