Cub Pharmacy

We have been delighted with Cub Pharmacy. We were apprehensive about leaving a big brand pharmacy but it has been an easy and smooth transition. Their attention to detail, kindness, patience, ability to reach them on the phone within a couple minutes, is a game changer.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the pharmacy in Stillwater. They are knowledgeable, courteous and always willing to help. I notice that the people who have “negative” opinions/experiences often create the issue themselves and instead of owning up to it and fixing it they find it easier to blame others.

I spoke with the Pharmacist on staff this morning about a problem I was having with a medication. She was compassionate, caring, and took the time to answer all of my questions, even though she was clearly VERY busy filling hundreds of scripts. People don't appreciate how much time it takes to do a pharmacist's job, and the level of expertise that they must have! (It's not like people's lives are at stake or anything...) Seriously, be patient and give our pharmacists a break! Thank you, Dr. McCarthy, for your outstanding service!!!

I have been using this pharmacy for years. Despite staff shortages, COVID, the usual stressors that come with working at a pharmacy, I have always been happy with their service. Thank you. 😊

Sarah to the rescue! A trainee first accomodate me when I went there to get my prescription for my baby daughter. After waiting for at least almost 10 minutes on the line, I was just told that I have to get back after 30 minutes as they have to fill my prescription. I go home and come back, Sarah was the one who accomodate me and she told me that the medicine I need is NOT available. So she goes above and beyond and told me she will call the other pharmacies close to check if they have the prescription I need. I waited for a good 10 -15 minutes and there was none. This ordeal won't be a big deal if I don't need to leave my sick daughter to one of my friend's care and my Kindergartener will be home in about 5 minutes and no one was there because I need to use my time at the pharmacy. People's time is so valuable so please don't waste it simply because there is one employee that is incompetent. Thank you Sarah for helping me out get my prescription. The 5 star is for you!

We’re from out of town and my son had an issue that required specialized medication. Cub was our 4th pharmacy of the day, and although they didn’t have medication on hand - the pharmacist identified the problem (it was with the provider) and called multiple other pharmacies in the area to see who could help. Eventually they found another pharmacy (Walmart who also deserves a shoutout) and called ahead for us. We never spent a dime at Cub, but they were so gracious in helping us to figure it all out unlike the previous 3 pharmacies. Outstanding customer service.

Slowest pharmacy in town, and incredibly rude. Drive-up window appears to be a perk until you sit in the line for an insane amount of time, every time. Pharmacist and employees are very rude as well. I stopped using this pharmacy for these reasons then tried going back a few years later and it’s the same old stuff, so back to Target I go.

Hideous pharmacist refused to fill my script after filling it before? Claiming she didn't like the doctor who wrote it. She failed to consider calling me or explaining why or calling my doctor. My med is not one that should be abruptly stopped. This is an unforgivable act of a power hungry,narcissitic, doctor wanna-be pharmacist. Get schooled about the uses for the med and look a little further into the doc who is the head of medicine at the U of M.

First time they didn't have my prescription and didn't contact me so I had to drive to another cub and wait for an hour. Second time went to to pick up a prescription and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and they said it would be another 30 minutes.

Walk up to the pharmacy, while rudely being told its 6:01.. we're closed. Switching to a new pharmacy!
