Wow! Jake was so helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions and made some good recommendations!

RJ was my paint tech. He took the time to listened to my needs, provide options and assisted in my final selection. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I’d go there again in a heartbeat. Their paints are top quality. Well worth the money. If you go cheap on paint you’ll regret it.

R.J. did a great job helping us out picking out a perfect Grey for our main floor. He was knowledgeable about options and gave us very good customer service. We went back several times to get samples and then the paint and most of the time he was there with a smile and "can I help you".

Stopped in today to get some paint and supplies and RJ was an incredible help. Very knowledgeable and friendly; he didn’t know one of my questions, but was quick to find the answer thru a coworker! Excellent experience!!

My wife and I stopped in to look for same stain samples for various types of wood we are looking at for a kitchen cabinet project. Juan C., could not have been more informative, patient and knowledgeable. He applied stains directly to our wood samples so we could take them home and make an informed decision. As a consumer it is so helpful to work with individuals that really know their craft. Hirshfields is extremely fortunate to have an employee like Juan C., as part of the team! We will certainly be back in the future for our stain and paint projects.

I shop here often. The store manager has been so helpful in my many projects. Staff acknowledge me right away as I walk up to the counter. Even as I am waiting on my paint to be processed, other staff ask if I need anything. I love the quality of the paint and tools. Once you use them, you won't want to go to another store.

It was great meeting Ryan and Wendy last week. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. After asking us about our lifestyle, preferences and needs, they were quickly able to pull out several colors for us to choose from, and gave us great ideas.
I think we'll be very pleased once the new paint has been completed.

Jim and Tony are miracle workers, I stopped in with questions about old paint and ended up leaving with just what I needed. While I was there Jim answered my questions about primer and suggestions for painting my wrought iron patio furniture. I spent alot less than I anticipated and will be back for exterior house paint for my next project.

Recently finished a project in my daughters dance studio in Albertville. I ordered all of my materials online, Rodger and Jim always had the orders ready for me to pick up in a short time. I used Hirshfield’s Reserve Eggshell on the walls and Hirshfield’s Heavy Duty Semigloss on the doors and trim. The paint went on easily, covered great, and looks beautiful. When I purchased a used harp recently, it had a red paint scuff mark on one area. This was distracting, and should not be on this lovely, and expensive instrument. I stopped by the store and Juan C. was very eager to offer advice on how to remove this red mark without getting to aggressive with the finish on my wonderful new harp. I went home and tried out his suggestion, and to my delight, it worked, and the finished on the harp was not effected. It is good to know that professional help is right near. Thanks for having knowledgeable people staffing your stores with good solutions.

Great store, super customer service. Roger matched the paint color I wanted and it is perfect! They also gave me a great referral for painters that too were outstanding!

Roger and staff great to work with. Made a paint error which was rectified immediately without additional cost.
