Great staff, good variety, not always the quickest but in today's world I believe customer service is much more important than speed. Especially in an industry rocked with disruptions in supply chains. Bill helped me with a few paint matches and had recommendations for things they didn't have in stock. Hirshfields never disappoints! The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I have essentially repainted my entire interior with their help. They also did an excellent job developing a custom stain color to match new flooring. I have to give a special shout-out to Diane, who has a knack for finding the perfect solution -- whether it is a paint color, window shade, or wallpaper. Don't bother going anywhere else for your painting needs!

At Hirschfield's EP, Diane Casanova's skills and customer service was exceptional as I made choices for by home reno. She listened, suggested, & encouraged us into a gorgeous new space with extraordinary color and style. She's great, prices great, love this place!

While working on our kitchen remodel we received excellent service and support in choosing paint colors for our first floor and our cabinets. Jon and Diane did an excellent job of making recommendations based on the samples we brought in. We use this store for all of our paint needs and have never been disappointed, this time was no different and we had far more questions and needed someone to help pull this all together. Jon gave us some excellent options to consider and they are working very well with the other things we have going on in our home.

I was referred to this store by a personal friend of mine that is a pro painter for specific information on a staining project. Over the course of around 20 minutes I received an education covering wood, stain colors, and project prep. Very confident now to complete the project myself. Thanks Grant.
