Mercedes was great! We did not feel pressure to buy anything and just let us try out the various beds. She was knowledgeable and patient with our questions. I love Furniture Mart! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I worked with Hector at the Fridley store. He helped with the process of purchasing a sectional from start to finish! He was able to answer all my questions from fabric choices to what size and configuration would work best for my situation! Highly recommend!

Mercedes was wonderful to work with! After waiting almost 4 months for two chairs from a competitor, we gave up and walked into the Furniture Mart one morning. Mercedes found exactly what we were looking for, was so helpful, completed the sale and we had our chairs delivered in three days. Can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Victor was an amazing help! He was able to make our experience seamless by looking up our prior information and using it to help us replace our mattresses and box spring! He was kind, funny and welcoming! Way to go Victor! His knowledge of beds and accessories was top notch!

HECTOR IS GREAT! At this point I am a regular. I have brought my best friend and mother here to furnish their houses. Every time I walk in the energy is unmatched! Phenomenal atmosphere, sales people are not pesty but still greet you with kindness and make sure you are taken care of. I am a shopper here for life.

It was our first time shopping at Furniture Mart and we greeting by Dan H. who from the start made us feel welcomed. Never pressured us to buy and wasn't shy about showing us the clearance section. After doing some looking we found what we wanted in clearance and even then Dan wanted to make sure we got the quality we were paying for so he checked to see if he could get us brand new product from the warehouse. I've dealt with alot of salesman but Dan made us feel like he was a friend of the family. I do not leave reviews often however Nicole Lushanko gave me the best customer service I have ever received so I feel the need to leave one!! She was very knowledgeable with all the different items I was looking into. Helping me make the best choice with all the great products Furniture Mart has to offer. I am a return customer and will continue shopping here for any furniture needs. Also I will be referring Nicole to friends and family as I could not be happier with my experience!

Both Dan H. & Victor B. assisted us on multiple occasions as my husband and I decided on new furnishings for our home. They both were extremely patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions. They offered fantastic recommendations- which we are thrilled with!
I love that we are able to select the fabric we wanted with the furniture we chose, along with custom building our dining table through the virtual option they provided.
Furniture Mart in Fridley is DEFINITELY worth the experience, plus offers quality furniture at a reasonable price.

Hector and Dan were great… Perfect sales technique give you the information and then let you browse helpful but don’t hover. Merchandise and product is some of the best around so many different styles to choose from unlike a lot of stores that have the same stuff everywhere you look, we found a perfect solution to our furniture need! My family and I went shopping for a matress and stopped by 3 other stores prior to stopping by The Funiture Mart. When arriving, we started to work with Victor, and we knew we were in the right place. Victor was knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and their technology on how to pick out the perfect mattress for us. He was patient with us and most importantly, made us feel welcomed at the store. We bought the mattress here from Victor and are super happy with this purchase. He showed us some pillows, bed frames and headboards. We came back to the store a few weeks later to work with him again with some of the other accessories that were discussed when buying the mattress. My family and I will not shop anywhere else and would love to work with Victor everytime! Great location with great staff working here.
