Ryan S. did an absolutely amazing job at helping us CONFIDENTLY find our new couch! He went above and beyond by helping us check inventory and helped us learn about all the options we had! (Very knowledgeable about everything) We had went to a couple other furniture stores prior to this and left after everyone would just watch us walk in and out with no help. We felt comfortable and understood and we couldn’t thank him enough! He was working with another customer when we had came in but made it a point to reach out and he even apologized for not being able to help right when we walked in the door, hands down one of the best experiences I had walking into a furniture store! Thank you so much again! Will definitely be coming back to work with him for future purchases!

Love the way Elizabeth explained everything she helped with really explained the mattresses and pillows what would really work for me after I told her my medical issues she had me try out mattresses and pillows and had me pick out the most comfy for me. Elizabeth is the BEST consultant/assistant!!! Mercedes from Furniture Mart referred me to her to help me with getting recliner. Elizabeth went WAY above and beyond to help me pick the perfect one for my needs!! She really knows her stuff, she went into designer mode talking about the sunlight and selections, and made me draw my area out- really helping in my final selection!!! Very thorough and knowledgeable! I HIGHLY recommend her for any of your furniture needs! Thank you SO MUCH Elizabeth!!!!

Liz and Shawni it was a great experience to meet them, they were so amazing and they were very patient and friendly. I just moved up here to Minnesota and I’m excited about the change of atmosphere. I ended up financing and that took a little bit because a system was down but we ended up getting it done and Bee (office) was sweet and on top of it! I’m going to add on end tables after I get my delivery next week- thank you again all of you.

I was super excited to finally purchase new furniture but I really was not looking forward to going through the process if I am being honest. That all changed after calling the store and speaking with Liz! We eventually met and she was very personable, attentive and not at all aggressive. She allowed me to ask a ton of questions, take my time and call the shots. Done, sold! Bee later helped me sort out the billing stuff and we had a fun little chat as well! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Bee made that part a breeze as well! Everyone I met at this location was friendly and respectful. The store was very clean and I felt well displayed. I will definitely bring my business back here and will recommend to others☺

I meet one of the most amazing persons at furniture Mart USA maplewood location, Elizabeth Vargas was so kind and smart, she took me round, showing me different designs of what I wanted and gave listening ears to my concerns and answered my questions, she was also able to get me the fastest delivery you could every thing off. Can you imagine she stay the night just for me to get what I wanted.

I had a great experience! I worked over the phone with Elizabeth A. Vargas. She was able to answer all of my questions that I had about a mattress and foundation. She was very friendly, warm, and patient as I asked several questions. She was even willing to go onto the showroom floor and take measurements to confirm a question I had. She even returned my call to further assist me and answer more questions when I had called her back. I have always gone to this location over the years and had great experiences with the staff. We have been to 20-30 furniture stores in the past month and not once did we receive the level of service as we did with Elizabeth at the Ashley in Maplewood. I felt she really understood and empathized with our situation (the sense of urgency, particularly) and went above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for, in our price range, with immediate availability. I’m so appreciative. Elizabeth (Lizzi V), you are amazing and I am OBSESSED with our new sectional! It was such a pleasure to work with you and I will definitely be back to see you on our next furniture shopping adventure. 🙂

12/15- Came back again & Elizabeth always draws me to her!! Found the table I had saved in my phone from August and she was able to help me find a rug for underneath it and a sofa table (things I didn’t know I’d like but now need) 😂 Thank you again- now I’m off to eat lunch and will bring you a piece of pie!

08/19-Elizabeth did excellent! We are moving into a new house tomorrow and she found us a sofa set, coffee tables and whole bedroom set at great prices!!

Great expierence coming here. I came twice indecisive about what to purchase for my home and Gina R. was very understanding and helped me make a decision. She was able to answer all my questions/concerns. Would definitely be back to purchase more home goods!

We recently visited the Maplewood store in search of furniture, specifically sofas with chaises. Our experience was outstanding, largely thanks to Mike, who went above and beyond to assist us. Mike's exceptional knowledge and understanding of diverse cultures stood out. He conducted a counseling session with utmost respect for our privacy, allowing us the time needed to make decisions with our spouse.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do so without hesitation. I highly recommend a visit to this store, as the level of service provided by Mike was truly commendable.
