Often busy, but not really the fault of the employees. A manager Cheryl was super nice helping expedite the line. Appreciated it.

Well I have come back and take my negative review because I come to understanding that the brokers are screwing up by giving us Earl appointments and USPS employees are getting the bad review which is unfair

I made an appointment to get passports for my kids and filled out the paperwork weeks ago and didn't realize I forgot them at home. The employees went above and beyond despite us having to fill out new paperwork again. Malory was amazing, I was so stressed out and she helped us and was so nice and personable. She mentioned she's retiring this year. I hope she has an amazing retirement, she's truly a great person. Thank you.

I've only attended here to deliver and send out packages but the employees who helped me were not only patient but very helpful. In both instances, both employees tried to save me money by explaining the shipping options and letting me borrow a roll of Priority tape to ship. Again, I cannot speak for US Passport services or other services offered here, as I am sure those might be more time-consuming but for shipping, this has been good. My only note is sometimes they are low on shipping boxes, and the venue itself is a little dark, so bring a flashlight if you have weak eyes like mine to read/write forms on-sight. Lastly, I appreciate the free customer parking!

I have a small online business and pride myself on same day shipping. I had an order while out shopping, came home to hurriedly package it and get to the main post office before rush hour. Two hours later I discovered I had missed enclosing a gift notice for the package, and that is not a small deal. I called the post office to see if the package could be retrieved. The woman with whom I spoke said it would be difficult to find, and it may already have shipped to St. Paul distribution. She had me call the number at the window where I'd dropped it, and told me to call back if I couldn't get hold of them. I left my information on vmail at the window number, called back to the other number and spoke with the same woman. She took all of the information about the package, and about and 1-1.5 hrs later I received a call from Karen, that they had found the package and would have it for me at the window. That is going above and beyond, and I can't express enough, the depth of my gratitude. I went back that evening, was given the box so I could slip in the forgotten gift notice. However many people were involved in retrieving my package, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Man, your hate for post offices will go away at this location. I was there for my passport application, and everyone was extremely positive and nice. The wait time was short as well (I was there at 12:45 p.m on a Thursday). They were efficient and just nice. Everyone seemed happy and upbeat. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely the most helpful USPS employees I've ever witnessed. It was really busy this morning and the employees were coming out from behind the glass to help self service and to make sure no one had any questions. Great folks and thanks for making a stressful time of year less stressful!

This 5 star review is for ✨Jaton✨. I really like that this location is open until 8pm weekdays, however, the customer service really needs some serious improvement. The staff, in particular the older women who work behind the counter, have really poor attitudes and are unprofessional. This does not include Jaton, who has so graciously helped me on a few occasions. Whenever I come to this location, I am met with very short, impatient, and rude employees behind the counter. It is always the same employees and they treat other customers very rudely as well. Jaton is consistent in pleasantly and efficiently fulfilling my business needs. Honestly, Jaton goes above and beyond when it comes to processing shipments and making you feel like a valued customer. She really sets the bar and the other employees fall so short. I honestly believe Jaton should train ALL LOCATIONS on customer service standards. She's truly a valuable employee and I really appreciate her service.

Everyone was friendly. I got in and out quickly and without issue. There was free parking available which is always a plus downtown. Very glad I stopped by!

Whenever I want or need something to go out and get delivered as fast as possible I bring it here. Packages and ordinary letters will get there at least a day earlier when sent from here. Staff explain options without making me feel rushed

Today Friday 10/15/2021 , for great service from Dewit and Lorri . They were absolutely great! Assisted with my parcel that was returned due incomplete address!

Clerk 14 or Karen she was good women. She help me last year and today she is good women thank you 🙏 💗 big respect ✊ If I can I give her more then 5 star.

This is the "big" Minneapolis post office. Every USPS service available. Always a bit of a line, but it moves quickly. Open the longest hours.

Always good service. I am glad the downtown post office is open late. I have a small business and it is helpful to get packages in the mail as soon as possible.

I went to renew my passport in this place 3 black women they helped me everything including passport photo and everything done. They are very nice and very helpful . Thank you so much❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I love this post office, the building is incredible, historic at deco style. The last pick up for mailboxes outside and inside is 8pm right now.
