Von Maur gift wrap is seriously why I shop at VM over Nordstrom. It is such a wonderful service to offer. The mental time it saves me during the holidays is worth it!

Annika on the second floor is fantastic. She helped me find items in multiple departments and then when I called back to hold one of the items I had left behind she found it and called me back even though it by then was late at night. Good salespeople are a rarity these days!

This store has a lot of designer brands, and such gorgeous and amazing bags!
I went twice this month, and this girl (CHRISTINA) helped me alot, she even gave me the free boxes and was so sweet. I think she works at the tory burch bag section! Staff is helpful and friendly.

I couldn't believe the awesome variety at this store! I was very impressed there was a checkout counter and staff member in each department. I can't wait to go back!

Had a bad experience at the kids shoe department today. Girl working there didn't acknowledge me or anything, even after finishing with a customer. I had to go to her after an awkward few minutes and ask for a size. She definitely acknowledged the people after me. So rude. They carried the Birkenstocks I needed for my niece. Cute selection. Seems like they're pretty stocked up.

On the other hand the lady in the men's department was such a sweetheart. Really gave me excellent recommendations on golf shirts and backed it up with customer favorites. Really appreciated this since I don'tknowanythingabout golf clothes. She's an excellent employee. Will be shopping here for Father's Day.

The shoe selection and the assistance from the lady in the men's department are worthy of 5⭐!

We noticed the other day that shoes in the clearance area were actually higher priced than the sale items.

I love going to this mall they have a little bit of everything!! If you need a ring repaired they have a place that will do that. If you needed something from Target stop by they have one. Need some great clothes stop in at Von Maur,JC Penneys, Rag stock(they recently moved to the first floor) you into video games have a few you'd like to sell have something you're looking for a store just opened recently can't remember the name but there's so helpful and fair with prices just because you don't see what you're looking for doesn't mean they don't have it.. old games new games cables consoles headgear controllers retro two brand-new definitely worth checking out. Sporting goods store.. it's just a fun place to go.. whether you have money or not..

OMG! From a pro shopper who learned HOW TO (shop) by growing up in Dallas TX. Von Maur is officially my FAVORITE retail department store. Awesome shoe department and more. The place reminds me what Dayton’s was like back in the day.

The sales associate in lingerie was very helpful and patient as well as the sales people in cosmetics and men's clothing. They are all knowledgeable about the products.

Like walking through a dream factory, each department offers a well curated, beautifully merchandised space that's all its own, complete with someone friendly and knowledgeable to help you. This is a great department store - from selection and staff to experience - up there in standard with NYC shopping. A++.

Always very clean and tidy. They have a great selection for both shoes and clothes. We don't shop here all that often, but will stop in once in a while to browse around. My wife seems to always find something to get from here.

Great store with a wide selection of brands and products. Staff is always helpful and professional. I got a great UnderArmor shirt that I wear all the time. Nice jewelry, home design, baby, shoes. Great place for great quality. My dad buys my mom gifts here for special occasions.

I love shopping here! Sammy is the most fun and I always have the best experience when shoe shopping with him! He is so friendly and personable and always knows what shoe is best for the occasion. Wife bought some real expensive stuff to wear. Lady helping her was friendly and must work on commission. She definitely did her job well. We came, we purchased, my wife was satisfied.

This store was amazing. I don't normally shop here but needed. Dress for my daughter and I was desperate. Not only did each person I speak with helpful and friendly but they did their best to keep my daughter focused on the task. We had lost hope but looked at one last section on our way out. Found her dress and she even entertained the clerk with her excitement, think we made her day. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

The Eden Prairie store is beautiful. Was there on a Saturday about 2pm. As you enter, you hear piano music...live! An elderly gentlemen sits playing soothing tunes near the elevators. Employees are helpful, knowledgeable & seem to like their job. If you buy something in fragrances, they will gift wrap it for free & send it free to its destination (bought perfume for my cousin in California). The place is huge. Reminds me of "Daytons" 50 years ago. The store is open, airy & so clean. Fresh. Marble floors & a nice selection of clothes. Buy your cosmetics, handbags, fragrances...you name it they got it. Definitely "Hi End"
Employees are helpful & are constantly busy. On the expensive side, but the selection & shopping experience is worth it. Located in a large mall - a lot of road construction & detours getting there, but worth the trip. Eden Prairie Center is gorgeous...everything you need.
