SpringHill Suites by Marriott Minneapolis Maple Grove/Arbor Lakes

I stayed at this location while on a business trip. I had a late arrival (1 am). I was greeted by Raven who welcomed me to the property. Checkin was easy and I received my Marriott points. I got a quick download on the hotel and amenities. Over my two day stay I found the team to be friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and new, bed comfortable, and pillows were soft but not too much so. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the coffee was great.

The hotel front desk staff was very welcoming. The lobby area was comfy and clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds firm and pleasant. The pool was a nice size; the gym had enough equipment for the visit. The breakfast was the best part of the stay: paper plates, fresh fruit, good varity of musli, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels...and the staff kept everything full. They were friendly and helpful. Only one suggestion - no plastic utensils. Could you get wood or bamboo. Thanks.

I recently spent two nights at this hotel. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were spacious and nice. I was especially impressed by the free breakfast; there were a lot of options and the staff was constantly refilling and cleaning things up. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised about how much I enjoyed my stay! The hotel staff were all very kind and welcoming. Every area that I was in was clean and in order. My room was very spacious and I couldn't hear a lot of noise from the hall or neighboring rooms. The room had a fridge and microwave as well. Breakfast is really good! They had a warm buffet with bacon, sausage, eggs, and Belgian waffles. They also had bagels, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, milk, and wrapped muffins. I got a good meal in before hitting the road! It's by a ton of stuff in the Arbor Lakes area and will be my new go-to when I visit Maple Grove.

My kids went to their friend's birthday party it was very nice and very pleasant couldn't expect nothing less from Marriott

Very friendly staff and nicely upkept rooms/common areas. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The one downside to this hotel is that it shares common areas (pool, outside patio) with the adjoining hotel, so it can be rather busy when something such as hockey tournaments or other events are nearby.

I enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is very clean and conveniently located. There are several eateries and shopping stores within walking distance. The breakfast definitely gets the job done; it’s simple but still has a good variety of things to select from.

Clean and modern accommodations. Amenities such as a basic fitness facility and snacks and beverages available for purchase at the check-in desk. A small business center is available for use along with plenty of lounging area. The parking lot was well lit and more than sufficient. The morning selection of breakfast items was superb!

We really enjoyed our stay! Room was clean and comfortable. Very modern/new look to it. Only thing would be nice to have water bottles in the room. Amenities are nice - fitness center and lobby, hot breakfast in the morning was great!

Clean rooms, wonderful staff! The weekend we stayed was incredibly busy. We had blocked rooms for a wedding and all of our out of town guests were very comfortable and enjoyed staying here. The staff is what made our stay so good! They all should get huge raises!

This a great hotel. The rooms are large and well laid out. The breakfasts are terrific. This is the newest hotel in maple grove. We'll definitely return.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel, service was impeccable on a very busy weekend, our room was very clean, and they were happy to answer any questions or requests we had. We used the laundry and even the laundry room was very clean. I highly recommend this location and plan to book future stay in the Twin Cities at this location.

If you need a good place, then Marriott Minneapolis Maple Grove is the best place Great location. great amenities. Shopping is just a walking distance away.

Our new go-to hotel in Maple Grove. An EXCELLENT property. Clean, great customer service, a plethora of amenities, and an outdoor area that is beautiful and unexpected. 5 Stars all the way. You could pay more elsewhere but that won’t necessarily get you more! We had a wonder six night stay, we will be back!!

This is a new hotel and we were invited to the grand opening. The hotel is located in a super convenient area with TONS of things to do around it. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of some neat technology, like interactive message boards, and the ability to stream your own Netflix in the rooms. Beautiful gym facility and decent pool as well!
