Residence Inn by Marriott Minneapolis Maple Grove/Arbor Lakes

My first stay, December 8 - December 12 was fantastic. McKenzie and Latisha, both front desk employees, were incredible. They were kind, helpful, funny, and made staying here an overall better and more pleasant experience.

Considering the many alternative options in the area, I would circle back to this hotel in the future based on the quality of accommodations and the enjoyable interactions with the staff members.

Letisha and McKenzie made us feel at home. Great employees and great ambassadors for Marriott.

We travel often and end up staying in a lot of hotels. This one far exceeded my expectations. The sound didn't carry like it does in most hotels. We were there for 6 nights and only 1 night did we hear any noise. We slept great. The rooms smelled brand new. Everything was very nice and fully stocked! We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Absolutely gorgeous well appointed clean as can be until you open the drawers and look at the utensils and the inside of the dishwasher they were disgusting but other than that this is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been to. And they are pet friendly brought my big dog with.

Update-after being told to turn the mattress around (both sides sunken in) , we don’t have any mattresses and our General Manager will be in on Monday I will mention it. Last night I had to put the sofa mattress on top of the bed to get a descent nights rest. Well, I found out my mattress has been replaced. I guess they were able to find one. Looking forward to trying it out tonight. I need a good nights rest without my back and hip hurting.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We often stay in hotels when visiting family and we try to manage our expectations when staying somewhere new. We’re rarely disappointed but we are also rarely overwhelmed. Our experience at this hotel was definitely the exception. The room was spacious, very well laid out and stocked with everything you could need for a week long stay. Every single staff member we interacted with impressed us with outstanding customer service. One employee we encountered on the elevator even helped us to our room, when he saw we both had our hands full of bags. We will absolutely stay here whenever visiting family in Minneapolis, in the future.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s located in a great location with shopping and restaurants near by.
The hotel was clean and everything looked brand new. We were impressed with the availability of streaming on their television. It was also a nice touch to access Bluetooth through their sound system in the room. They use Paul Mitchell hair and skin products in the bathroom. The kitchenette was clean and stocked with plates, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, and more.
The pool area was clean. The pool was a decent size and the water was warm.

Our room was the king studio suite. We were very pleased with our room. It had a full kitchen and was stocked with dishes and other kitchen utensils. It had a massive television where you can use your own Netflix or streaming subscription for an added bonus.
A little let down was the free breakfast, but nothing the hotel could have done because of covid. Friendly and happy staff. Would recommend and would stay there again

Our room was amazing!!! We loved the full kitchen and living room along with the two queen beds. I only wish the "heated" pool had been much warmer.

Room is nice. Having a kitchen is a plus for extended stays. Good on-site gym and many food choices near-by. Cell service for ATT at this site is bad. Obviously not Marriott's fault, but be aware if you have work to do and that's your carrier.

In Feb the pool area was freezing and the water was pretty cool. The kids didn't seem to mind.

Our stay at the Residence Inn in Maple Grove was TERRIFIC! Our family of five stayed at the Residence Inn for three months because we were doing mold remediation in our home. The team is Fantastic- The Managers are wonderful! Oana, Andy, Sean and Toni all helped us so much with many special needs! One of our children has extreme sensitivities- and they MORE than accommodated us. The front desk staff was amazing- Jessa, Lauren, Gerry, Prisca, Darnesha, Jay, and Mercedes all made us feel welcome every morning and every night. The cleaning staff are all beautiful souls and helped us with our frequent requests- many thanks to Rose, Jamilah, Jesse and Norg. This was truly our home away from home. The friends here helped my daughter to the car when needed, Jay gave a Gatorade to my son when he was off to a gymnastics meet so that he would feel like the hotel was supporting him. This means so much to a 12 yr. old! This hotel is so great that it was recommended to us by another hotel nearby. Thank you Residence Inn, you were a wonderful home for us!

New hotel. Very clean. Staff was friendly- especially Denisha. She was amazing, very professional and accommodating!! She made us feel like family. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved the room. It was amazing. It's a great escape from the troubles of everyday life. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

This is definitely one of my favorite Residence Inns. It’s very clean, the staff is wonderful, and the location is great. The breakfast is lacking but that isn’t as important.

Very nice, clean, new. Pet policy is good, not over the top. Staff was very friendly. Great location as well.

Honestly I haven't stayed here, but I've driven lots of clients here and they say it's great, all around.

Hotel appears to be relatively new haven't seen the inside of the rooms just yet. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean. I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again whenever I travel to Minneapolis
