When we noticed a wet spot in our upstairs ceiling, one of my friends recommended we contact Michael Bresnahan with Presidential Construction to help. He was quick to get in contact with us and set up a time to come inspect our roof. Fortunately, it was a small patch that he was able to resolve within the same day! Michael was thorough in his inspection to ensure nothing was overlooked and he made us feel at ease throughout the process. When it comes to our home, we want to make sure we work with someone we trust and Michael instilled that trust for us. Him and the Presidential Construction Team will certainly be our first call if we ever need roofing/exteriors services in the future.

We were selling our fathers house and had to get a roof, standalone garage and shed re roofed before closing.Called Presidential Co struction.
They sent Drew out to see us and he promptly got everything going, working with insurance and making everything go smoothly for us. Answered all of our questions ( there were 7 of us!) and everything was done before our closing timeline! The old and new owners were very happy with the work Drew and his crew did at the house.

As a Project Manager for a restoration company myself, I can really appreciate everything that goes into a project, from start to finish.

Jake had another project going on near my moms house, for hail damage, so he decided to knock on some doors to see if he could check roofs for hail damage. My mother happened to be one of the doors he knocked on and, fortunately, she agreed. Sure enough he found plenty of hits. The two of them contacted my mothers insurance adjuster and he confirmed that there was enough damage to warrant a replacement roof.

During the time we were waiting for insurance payments and crews finishing up other jobs, my mom suffered a stroke. With the weather not cooperating and winter closing in, I wasn’t sure if the job was gonna get done. I expressed to Jake the importance of getting this done before my mom was discharged from the hospital, and he assured me as long as we got about 4 days of, at least 40 degrees, he would get the job done. Fortunately enough, the weather cooperated and Jake got the crew there, and got the job done. And the crew knocked it out of the park! At the end of the job, Jake made sure to run a magnet up and down my mother’s driveway to ensure there were no nails.

In closing, I just want to say how impressed I am with the professionalism, and attention to detail from Jake. I also want to mention how Jake went above and beyond the scope of work; About a month after the job was completed and my mother was home from the hospital, Jake stopped by with a card, flowers, and cookies for her. He also troubleshot my mom’s laptop when she had mentioned to him there was something wrong with the battery not charging. I can’t express how much it means to me to see how much Jake truly cares about the people he does work for.

I will definitely call or recommend Jake and Presidential if I ever have or hear of someone with any roofing issues.

Had a hail storm and had Presidential construction do the work. Everything went extremely smoothly and they made sure I was 100% satisfied and I was! New roof, siding, and gutters installed. Drew Eik was the project manager and was on top of everything and went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend to anyone!

We went through Presidential Construction to have the shingles on the roof replaced. I was very happy with the outcome they did a great job! I would definitely recommend them. Working with George Bunnell on our hail repairs was a smooth and rewarding experience. I would recommend Presidential Construction to anyone who has storm damage on their home. When a large hail storm came through in 2022, our house was hit. A project manager from Presidential, Drew, came out to inspect our home for damage and when it was determined that we needed a new roof and siding he and his team jumped into action helping every step of the way. Drew met with the adjuster to show the damages and Brad worked with our insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be fixed was covered. Our State Farm rep even mentioned how thorough and professional Presidential was. There were a few hiccups with the insurance claim not matching the Presidential claim but Brad fought on our behalf to make sure we got what we were entitled to. Drew was also helpful aesthetically with picking our new siding and roof as we knew we wanted to do something totally different but needed his expertise on what would look good together. Once the work started, the production manager, Troy, was in contact so I knew when to expect dumpsters, materials etc. and he was onsite every day making sure the job was done well and that his crews were taken care of. Both his roofing team and siding team were wonderful. They were respectful of my yard and neighbors and cleaned up thoroughly after completion. One of the women on the siding crew even spent time talking to my 8 year old daughter and walked around the house to show her all the work and answer her questions. Everything happened as promised. The sales staff, office staff and production staff are reason enough to give five stars, but the work is even better and speaks for itself. We feel like we have a new home and never felt overwhelmed, pressured or stressed during the process. Thanks again, Presidential.

We had hail damage to our home in May of 2022. We are so very thankful for being referred to George by another family member. George met up with us and helped us identify the damage and navigate the the repairs. George and his team helped us with the process of working with our insurance company to get the work done. They were very professional and timely. When we had questions they were prompt on getting back to us. We took the opportunity to incorporate an addition and George worked closely with the contractor and was very understanding with our situation.

Worked with Presidential Construction following the 8/11 hail storm in Minneapolis. Service has been superb from the get go.

Brad spent over an hr meticulously marking up my roof & inspecting my entire home/property for hail damage. Claim was approved shortly thereafter. Communication regarding timelines and the insurance process has been prompt & insightful. Brad also brought multiple shingle samples to my home, and spent the time consulting with me to ensure I was pleased with the look & performance rating of the new product.

The crew that performed the work showed up on time (10 mins early actually), and had the whole job done in ~6 hrs. They even took the extra time to tarp exterior furniture & cover some of my plants. I absolutely love the look of my new shingle, and was most impressed with the attention to detail regarding site clean up. Would definitely recommend Brad & Presidential to anyone in need of exterior restoration services! They’ll be my first call next time we get another storm like this.
