Dr. Okpala has been a wonderful primary care physician for my family and I. We recently relocated in the area and was looking for a new doctor since our current doctor just recently retired. She was definitely a breath of fresh air and has been a great resource on our wellness journey as a family. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nkem to anyone who is looking for a great primary care physician. She takes her time with each and every patient and answers all the questions that need to be answered and very personable with everyone she meets. She is a joy to have a doctor. 😊

Excellent care and attention. A lot of time spent with the doctor. She cares about your health. She has a functional medicine mindset so she is not quick to give you a prescription…I love that! She’s looking for the “why.” Not patching you with a bandage. The staff is excellent and equally as attentive.

Dr Okpala is the best Dr ever. She has great knowledge of Functional (natural) medicine and Conventional medicine.
She educate her patients and give them options with the treatments. I tried the Pure Natural products she recommended and honestly my life had changed.
My energy level improved , My inflammation in my knees is gone , My digestion is great now (Not more bloating ) !.

Where to even start, Dr. Okpala is incredibly kind, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I have no trouble making appointments, the office is clean, and I never feel like my appointment is rushed. As a patient, I have only ever been treated with respect and care, which speaks to her character as a medical professional. I also love how different paths for health outcomes are actually discussed. She's very informed about holistic/natural medicine and I never felt pushed in either direction, only empowered to choose the best path for me. I also recently tried telehealth and it went really well.

Dr. A. Okpala and Dr. N.Okpala are caring. They take time to listen to my concerns. I feel very comfortable with their medical decisions. I live more than an hour away, however I still come back for my medical needs

Dr. Okpala takes time to get to know you and your concerns. She is very thorough in testing and very knowledgeable about results and outcomes. I like that she also suggests more natural therapies as an option. My entire family has benefitted from her care.

Dr Nkem Okpala is not only my primary care dr, but she is my friend. She is someone who really takes all the time to get to know her patients. She is more interested in fixing the root cause than offering a temporary band aid that would land you back feeling sick. She is incredibly bright with an amazing sense of humor. Highly recommend Dr.Okpala! She didn’t go to the traditional medication to cover up the problem but went to finding the root cause and treating it naturally! Takes time, patience, and money but is worth the investment!!

Very knowledgeable Doctor and listens she has reduced my mother in laws prescribed drugs and carefully monitored her. This is how doctors are supposed to be, caring for patients and not legal drug pushers like her previous doctor.
