This is a great place for lunch and dinner. You can dress up a bit or go casual. The food is excellent and plentiful. The best calamari and zucchini chips in NJ. The menus has something for everyone. My husband hosts his company lunch here every year. The can handle a crowd.

The decor is on point.
The calamari and octopus were really good. The saganaki was good, but the burn flavor was a bit much.
The main dishes were a bit of a letdown.
I will definitely be returning and order smth else as main.
The drinks were very good.

Update- 11/18 i visited the place again , very disappointed with the Stifado. That is a misrepresentation of the dish..a stifado is meat in a red sauce and onions, not brown gravy.
Very disappointing. The gravy tasted fake.

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat after going to some antiques shop nearby. We always want to try different eateries. We stopped here we're seated right away, the host & server were very pleasant. Our drinks came quickly and when our orders came we were surprised on the amount of food serve. I had a California burger which was cooked perfectly and my husband had a rack of delicious ribs. Would definitely go back.

A very rare 5 star on all points. We arrived before the dinner crowd. The parking lot had ample spaces. The inside was clean. Each staff we came in contact with was nice, and our server was attentive without being in the way. No rush at all. Not to mention, the food was delicious even though my wife and I agree the ribs could've been a bit better tasting. I highly recommend this place.

We went a second time in June 2023. We agree with 5 stars again. We ate different meals from the first time, and our compliments to the cook. We were actually surprised my burger was nice and hot, and everything else was very tasty. Yummy all the way.

My family and I came in for an early dinner late Saturday afternoon and were promptly seated at a comfy and spacious table. We were then approached by upper management who informed us that our appetizers would be on the house because of our unsatisfactory seating arrangement! Our server was attentive and friendly, and dinner was delicious! We live over 50 miles away, but as my husband told me on our way home, "We'll be back." It's definitely worth the trip!

Decent selection of local beers, enjoyed a flight of 4 very tasty ones. Had a burger with them for a great combo. The fries were a bit disappointing, but not enough to take down a star. The place itself was very cozy and the staff was super nice!

Fast service, welcoming staff, friendly waitress. I went about an hr and half before closing so I think we were one of the last patrons to arrive and leave. Ordered the grilled salmon and the seafood risotto. Both were excellent and the portions were very satisfying. We with a quite pleasant experience, especially being our first time at this restaurant.

This one has been a local favorite of mine for a few years now. Service is always good. Great tavern food and some good Mediterranean dishes. Gyro pizza is delicious. Highly recommend the Short rib grilled cheese. They’ve had the same menu for a long time it would be nice if they changed it up a bit , I would like to see what else they can do.

I was there last night on business, now I’m craving last nights dinner! So good! Everything was amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

There is always a long wait to get in this place and i see why. This was the first time my wife and I went there. We didnt feel like waiting for a table so we opted for the bar. We ended up Ordering the French onion soup for the appetizer and having the NY strip and Skirt steak. The food came out perfect, and the bartender was friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere of this place is just right- Nice warm, and rustic. Ill be putting in reservations for a table and will be coming back for sure! The only issue i have with the place is that the parking lot is a bit confusing. two one way direction arrows one either side of the building.

We had a lovely dinner. Kate was the bartender and made the experience. We enjoyed some drinks, wings and veggies. Will definitely visit again when in the neighborhood!

What a nice local find. The place was very clean, staff friendly and the food was good. The best part was the nice atmosphere and service. The food was good for what is offered, nothing amazing, but everything overall was excellent. Would go back again.

I came here for the first time the other day.. I was so happy. Rosemary focaccia bread is amazing! Chicken breast entree & Carbonara Pasta were delicious, so filling. I loved the touch of the manager bringing the plates to the table and checking in. Not many restaurants do that. Very welcoming atmosphere. I recommend this restuarant to everyone.

So I've eaten here about a dozen times over the last year or so. It's a favorite of my GF and I. It's always really good, so we come back often.

I've tried a bunch of stuff on the menu. Including the chicken parm, the chicken breast that has a pepper cream sauce and spinach, short ribs, pizza, the burger etc.

All are very good, well prepared and I would order any of it again. My absolute favorite though is the keftedes appetizer. The meatballs and tzatziki sauce are amazing. I usually get some to eat there and to take home...to me they're just awesome.

Service was great! The food came out fast and was delicious. The Peach on Beach drink tasted like I was on the beach. We enjoyed dinner and will definitely be back. The servings were so big that we took food home. Great prices for great food.

If you are reading this chances are you are wondering if it’s worth the trip, and if the food is any good. The answer is yes! The service and attention was that of a five star restaurant. Our waitress was super helpful, respectful and accommodating. The night started of with a few pieces of fresh focaccia bread infused with Italian seasoning and moist with just the perfect amount of olive oil. We ordered a classic pizza for the table. It was one of the best pies I have had in a very long time. It was well seasoned with a tarty semi sweet tomato sauce that was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of cheese and a flavorful crust. My wife ordered the short rib grilled cheese and I order a bacon cheeseburger that we both split. Both were served with French fries. The short rib grill cheese was so juicy, tender, and flavorful served on thick toasty but soft pieces of bread. My mouth is still watering thinking about. The cheeseburger was cooked to perfection with a bit of a smoky taste that out classes most cheeseburgers I’ve had at other restaurants. The fries, holy cow! They taste like gourmet McDonald’s fries. Everything was delicious. I enjoyed a flight of beers to accompany my meal and I was in absolute heaven.

The food was delicious and plentiful. Our server, Carmella, was very sweet, very attentive, and helpful in regard to our questions about the menu. We observed one of the hostesses,
Taylor, being very efficient, helping to clear and reset tables to keep the flow of waiting diners seated. We made a point to stop and tell the manager how pleased we were with our visit. We highly recommend it.
