Extremely organized and easy to shop for the 3 appliances we came for. Everything is priced and labeled clearly, the salesperson who helped us was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful with details such as measurements, room considerations, features etc. He also was savvy with online stock options, delivery details, assembly options, etc. We were in and out within an hour with confidence we just purchased exactly what we came in for. No pressure, no stress, no frustration, just a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Kevin at PC Richard’s is always my go to! He is incredible at what he does. Now only is he knowledgeable but is available at all times for his customers. No matter where Kevin is (on vacation or anywhere in the world) he responds and is available. He also makes virtual purchases a breeze! I can chat with him and he helps me with all the steps necessary to make my purchase! Huge thanks to Kevin, PC Richard’s wouldn’t be the same without him.

Paula has been exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and the best sales person I have ever worked with! We have bought all of our kitchen appliances, washer/dryers, and air conditioners at PC Richards because of Paula. If her store didn’t have it in stock she wouldn’t stop until she found a store that did. She would tell us honest reviews and make sure we got the best deal possible. If repairs were needed she would get us the earliest appointment and follow up to make sure we were satisfied. We truly couldn’t ask for a better person and saleswoman for all our home purchases!

Great customer service and prices. We came here years ago when we first moved to the area and now they are our to go store for appliances. Ask for Trevor Swasey, he is always so helpful and has the best attitude and knowledge of products. Also, deliveries are fast and reliable and people who deliver are very caring.

We bought our house 10 years ago, every single appliance we replaced has come from this store. 7 total which includes my purchase today.

Why do I keep coming back? Great question. The sales people aren’t pushy and there is no upsell. I tell them what I’m looking for and they direct me to my options. Can name the benefits and the cons and help guide me to the best choice for me.

Today I went in for a new washer. I haven’t actually purchased one since 2000 (rough estimate). I researched online the night before and was hesitant to just order now. I felt that I needed more information. I went to the store and Leon was super helpful. I went in thinking I wanted one thing but the online reviews had me question it. Leon was able to assist me to get me what I actually needed (which wasn’t what I was looking at). No upsell, price was exactly the same. Multiple brands were an option and I went with a reputable brand, available now.

Long story short, I’ve never had a bad experience and will continue to get my appliances here. I’ve only had to have a technician in once, the process went smoothly. Not everything I’ve purchased thru them they’ve installed but the items they did, I’ve had no issues.

Lastly, I’m not getting anything for this review. Although, there should be a loyal customer reward :)
