My family has used Option Care services for infusion and enteral feeding care for the past 12 months. We've had contact with about a dozen staff members and they all have been exceptional - professional, caring, and dependable. My family has been on a difficult journey but Option Care has been with us and given us confidence to navigate the road ahead. Thank you so much!

They get you your supplies....that's all good but their billing method's stink. I was paying on my balance by money taken out of my checking account monthly. Because THEY changed their billing system my account wasn't merged into the new system...they just sent me to collections. Wouldn't work with me to get it straightened out. I wouldn't use this company again.

Company should not be used from anybody because these guys lie they do other things they say things that's not true stay away from this company

Option Care delivered antibiotics to be infused for my husband. He went to the hospital the very next day and the meds were refrigerated and never opened. Still in sealed box. I was quoted first $147.00 per week, then $387.00 per week. Got the bill and it was 535.00. Called and was transferred from person to person. Finally thought I had the person who could help me and was put on hold. A recording came on the line telling me that I had exceeded my hold time and was being disconnected. Would not use this company ever!!!!! Deception from the very start- thanks for nothing!!!!!!

We got a feeding machine device that failed. They sent out a replacement. It failed also. I called and left a message. No one called me back. I called at 8:18 was on hold till 8:34 and was hung up on. I called back and we should get a machine today so that is good but just frustrating dealing with long hold time and no call back. Also frustrating that the first machine lasted less then a year and the Replacement machines only lasted a few months.

i'd give 'em no stars if i could.
when i told them i couldn't afford the $90/day meds, Tim the pharmacist said i could get them for $37/day so i ordered 2 more weeks, when i got the bill, guess what? it was for $90 again, a call to them resulted in the old "passing the buck" game. These people need to step back and take a look at how low and degrading it is to deceive people taking care of their sick loved ones but sadly that's the way pharmaceutical companies are. GREEDY.

Avoid this company. Rude, unprofessional and very disorganized.
