Kaitlyn is great ! I was looking at a few of the quarter tons they have and she was able to answer all my questions and was able to set up a time to come and look at them in person, that worked with my schedule. Was able to show history on the trucks and had great knowledge of other inventory on the lot. As of course a lot of other cars had my attention once I was able to see them in person.

Drove two hours to look at a van. They are honest car sellers! Description was accurate, and we took it for a spin. Ran like a dream, so I bought the van. 5 stars, would buy another vehicle here!

We had a great experience this afternoon when we went to Ulrich Motors - the staff left us alone to walk around the lot, and when we asked for keys to a Ford F-150 they gave them to us (in exchange for a driver’s license). When we decided to purchase the truck (which was listed about $3000 lower than Carfax), Mark took us through the history of the vehicle pricing and didn’t pressure us at all. We completed all paperwork in about 20 min, wrote them a check, and left with our beautiful truck.

This place doesn’t fit the narrative of the typical used car lot. Would definitely recommend.

My grandfather bought a vehicle from this place decades ago and always recommended me to buy a car from here. I sold my truck for a profit (crazy) and bought a 2008 Chevy Malibu for about 3 grand.

This was back in July. The car is still running well and hasn’t deteriorated any over the course of the last 7 or so months. Starts great in the winter, hot heat, and just reliable, cheap transport to and from work.

My son was looking for a cheap car. Mark was great. He was very candid in his assessment of which cars would be a good fit for us. As the cars are sold "As is" we did a Carfax and a pre-purchase inspection. It was low pressure, and they were always super nice. I don't feel like we got the best deal in the world, but we weren't robbed either. It felt like nice people trying to make an honest profit. Nothing wrong with that.

If you don't understand cars, don't go here. You might get a great deal, or you might get a lemon. Ulrich's is a budget lot through and through, but they're honest, and they'll not boss you around. I had a good experience with Mark, and when he called a few days later to get my address he asked how the truck was driving. A lot of the bad reviews for Ulrich's are written by people who knew there wasn't a warranty on their vehicle but got frustrated anyways when the car died on them. There is inherent risk with basically all the cars on this lot

I recently just bought a Kia Soul from this dealership and it was great! Exactly what was pictured online, they weren’t pushy when it came to me looking at the car. They answered all of my questions about the car honestly and truthfully without hesitation. The car I bought has all the little due dads and more which is great for a youngster who is just purchasing their first car.

Just added about two thousand miles to this car and it’s still chugging along just great at 107,000 miles. Personally would recommend this dealership to anybody in need of a vehicle, they have really affordable prices and they make you feel comfortable and not pressured like other dealerships.

They even let me test drive it on my own, which is nice because I was able to test out pretty much everything on the car without feeling uncomfortable. Honestly this is a great dealership for someone who is just getting their first car.

My mother and I have been buying vehicles from Ulrich for years. The service is great and they are even willing to work out deals. The only issue is always make sure to ask if there is anything wrong with the vehicle because they will forget to tell you exactly what needs work before buying. My last vehicle that I bought was great! Only thing I needed right away was back breaks other then that it was a great runner. I kept it for almost 3 years before giving it away to a friend. I will be returning to ulrich again very soon for a new vehicle.

I've purchased 2 cars from this dealer. They specialize in inexpensive cars that are always a bit of a gamble. If you need a car that is perfect with an iron-clad bumper to bumper warranty, this is not a place for you. But if you don't have much money and you are a bit of a risk taker, this is the place for you. I drove my first purchase from Ulrich for 2 years for 30,000 miles. I hit a bear and totaled it and the insurance company gave me twice what I paid Ulrich. I just bought an old SUV that if new would cost over $30,000. I paid $1,500, less than the sales tax on a new one. I have already driven it for 5,000 trouble free miles. If you are the type that will bellyache about something minor like a starter going bad, go elsewhere, but if you want a bargain, shop here.

I got my Jetta on sale here and for a deal, it was a steal. So happy I decided to get this car, the staff there were also very kind to me and my mother. I would definitely come back here for another deal!

I have gotten several vehicles from here over the years and was happy everytime. They are great and will work with you to find a vehicle that fits your needs.

I am going to give an in depth review of my experience with Ulrich Motors Co. I think a lot of other reviews are valid in their experiences as well. Take it as you read it. I've had my car for about three weeks now and it's exactly how I bought it. I bought it AS-IS with no warranty. I also ran my own CarFax before I purchased this car.

I was in the market for a specific car, any type of late 90s or early Honda or Acura to restore and daily drive. I knew what I wanted for each model I wanted to look at (whether it was a Civic, Integra, or RSX). I'm an amateur car enthusiast, but by no means a professional mechanic. I wanted something that wasn't perfect, but something that needed some TLC and something I could fix up.

Ulrich Motors Co. had an Acura RSX Type S for sale at a great price. I came in several times to test drive it. I first test drove it with a friend who has owned several Hondas. He noted a few potential issues, mainly the clutch and a loose shifter (a known problem in the RSX). I also noted that the engine ran very, very well. I didn't hear knocking. Nothing was leaking. We spent a good hour test driving the car and reviewing it.

I came in with my wife to eventually buy it. I test drove it myself that morning to note any big issues, which I found nothing new. I knew what I was buying, it wasn't a perfect car, it had a few dings, a busted headlight, suspension needed a refresh, rust and paint were bad, but it ran great and that's all it mattered for me in this purchase. Mark asked me for a price and he agreed. I walked out of there with a new car.

My suggestion to you is to know exactly what you are buying. I think a lot of people "shop around" for a car at used car dealerships. I think you need to pick out the exact model you want and shop for that. You shouldn't show up to a lot and try to choose a model. My other suggestion is to really understand what you are buying. Mark didn't advertise this car to me. He didn't tell me it was perfect nor did he say it ran perfectly. It was a sub-$2500 Honda and I bought it as that. If there is a problem that pops up within the next few weeks or months, that's at the fault of the age and condition of the car, not of something from Ulrich Motors.

Would I buy from Ulrich Motors Co. again? Yes, if they have the model I am in the market for, I would buy again from them. I got the sense that this car lot took in used car stock from bigger dealerships and does not thoroughly test and inspect each car.

I very much urge you to research, research, and research. Do NOT just blindly buy a car, from anywhere. I think a lot of the negative reviews Ulrich Motors Co. has could have been avoided if the buyer knew how to look out for the issues before hand and accepted that it's something THEY will need to fix. Test drive, inspect, sleep on it, and decide.

TL;DR: I knew what car models I was shopping for and Ulrich Motors had one in stock. I test drove it and found it's imperfections bearable and fixable, so I bought it. Mark was agreeable to my asking price as well. My suggestion: do your due diligence, get a CarFax, test drive the car, know what you’re buying.

I've gotten all of my cars from here and so has my family and we have never had a problem! They are very honest and tell it like it is! Great group of guys!
