This is a great place to walk your dog and take in local floral and fauna. While dogs are allowed off leash after July 31 (check the date on the sign in the parking area) I would not recommend it unless your dog immediately responds to voice commands. It's a rare day that my dog and I don't find a critter he shouldn't try to make friends with. Yesterday it was a porcupine. Also, be aware and dressed appropriately during hunting season as hunting is allowed.

A lovely place for a walk near Dover. Make sure to park on the old garrison road marked as parking in google.

One of the nicest places to go for a walk. I frequently take my dog for a walk here. The property is well maintained and there's a wide variety of trails. It's easy to go for a quick stroll or a multi-mile hike. Explore the woods, walk along the bay or enjoy a stroll through the fields of wildflowers. Mind hunting season though😑

Dog owners beware! Lots of ticks! My dog had over 30+ ticks that were removed from her after a hike here. She is treated to prevent ticks and Lyme disease but I wanted to warn others. That being said, it is a beautiful quiet trail.

This is a special place. 400 acres of trails, fields, woods, waterfronts, deer, turkeys, turtles, waterfowl, fungi, rabbits, dragonflies, and peaceful tranquility. Any time I need a break or a chat with Mother Nature… this is the place. Love Mr Bellamy for donating this land and preserving so much natural beauty
