My kids love the pasta !!! Either the old school spaghetti and meatballs balls or if they are feeling adventurous one of the specials…kids love the appetizer sampler and the rolls with oil…

Graham took my very complicated order over the phone and was very accommodating with my special requests. When the order arrived via UberEats it was PERFECT! My family was impressed and we all enjoyed a delicious meal. Thanks to Graham for his 5 star customer service and to Bertuccis of North Andover!

Our service was great! Her name was Lisa H and I complimented her while she was serving which I never do, but she was really attentive and super nice! We really wish there were more locations open. Bertuccis is my favorite and I have to drive an hour to get your excellent pizza! Thank you Lisa H!

We eat out every Sunday. Absolutely love the pizza at Bertucci’s. However, even better than the food was the service by our server- Kathy P. When you go- ask for her section…she is personable, super quick and responsive. It was a great meal made better by the service!

For a casual place to eat it was so nice to come! Michelle was a very attentive and kind server! She was wonderful!!! It was not at all crowded for dinner and that was so nice! The food was delicious and we had a nice time!

Lisa H was best sever ever! She made my experience here amazing! She went out of her way to make sure I got top notch service! Highly recommend

Kathy P was an incredible server! So efficient. Quality of her service was very impressive. Hopefully the restaurant can figure out how to make a better Mac and cheese next time, however Kathy made up for it all.

I had a wonderful meal here, despite our giant party size, Kathy P kept up with all of it, being an incredible server. The rolls were wonderful, and the pizza was so good

I sent there on a school trip and I was taken aback by the quality of the food and the kindness of our waiter, Kathy P. She was gracious and supportive and she provided with everything we needed. I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you do come, ask for Kathy, you won’t regret it.

Honestly haven't been here in awhile, returning for my first time, it was phenomenal. The bread is outstanding and the options are endless. From pasta to pizza to just a bowl of soup, it's complete Italian goodness. Our waiter ( Michelle ) was exceptionally friendly and helped us with our night out, but don't forget the rest of the staff as well. Everyone there was friendly and made sure we went home happy. Definitely stopping by again.

Lisa H was a great waitress, food was delicious. I an visiting the area from MN and the food is unmatched to what I would get back home. This is my 2nd night here within a week.

Food was decent but Kathy P made the visit excellent. She was very attentive and went above and beyond to make our visit the best. 100% recommend going to Bertucci’s in North Andover just to have Kathy’s wonderful service.

Came in with my family Saturday evening, not only was the food phenomenal, the service was fantastic. Our amazing waitress Michelle was incredibly kind and knowledgeable of the menu. She made sure our food allergies were taken care of and made great recommendations. Definitely will be returning to try more dishes!

My mother loves Bertucci's, so whenever we go out together, she looks for one in the area we'll be. They all seem pretty empty whenever I'm there for some reason.. I always have a good experience so I don't know why so few people are there. The food was decent. We went to this particular one for lunch, and in my opinion, it feels odd to be in this kind of place in the middle of the day instead of in the evening... Liminal space kind of vibes. Anyway, the server was very great, and she really handled our large group of weirdos very well! Be aware, if you have mobility issues, that the restrooms are down a couple sets of stairs. There may be an alternate way down, but I didn't see it if there is.

The food was superb and our waitress Michelle was extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. She was very experienced with the menu and the deals and guided us through saving us money and introducing us to dishes we never tried before. Excellent experience thanks to Michelle and the chef!!! Highly recommend this location and waitress.

Came on a Saturday had a pizza was delicious! Our server Lisa H was awesome on point with all our needs. Was a great lunch looking forward to the next time !!
