I’ve been to this store a few times and am very happy with the selection of products and the assistance from the staff members.

I love this place. I wind up here somewhat frequently since I moved to the area. Way bigger than a typical hardware store so they’re likely to have what you need, but also way smaller than Home Depot where you have to wander countless aisles to find one item. I’ve bought everything from space heaters to push brooms to utility knives to measuring tapes to windshield washer fluid here. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Received excellent service obtaining propane yesterday. The operator was polite and knowledgeable.
I do have a favor to ask... could you call your North Reading and train them? They sent me away with a tank that was recertified in 2020. Your operator correctly noted a recert'd tank is good for 5 years.
North Reading are not aware of this and it troubles me that if they don't know that basic regulation, what else are they doing incorrectly when managing a highly flammable substance...
An obvious training opportunity for a) potentially safety and b) customer service since it was a bit of a waste of my time having to drive to North Andover (though you did great!)

I have reviewed them years ago. And here I am back here again. They seem to carry items that I can not find in other places. If your having a hard time finding some out of sorts item, stop in. The crew working there do seem to have some knowledge of what they are selling.

For personalized hardware store Rocky' is the opposite of the big box stores. Still has a great selection and people like Judy in the paint department make it worthwhile to visit if you're looking for true old fashioned help.

I love this place they have so much Carhartt stuff to wear I come here every year to get my little brother a Carhartt sweatshirt or hoodie or long sleeve shirt or even a T-shirt very affordable and every time my brother wears it year after year they still look brand new

Jerry in the maintenance department is incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative. He seems like a busy man and still takes the time to explain what the problem is and how to fix it. Thanks Jerry!!!

Went here for the first time to get snow melt back during the horrible winter of 2015. I can always find some informative staff here to help me make the right decisions. They have everything you need for home maintenance and supplies. I got what I needed to do a 2 bucket car wash here. They have Stoner Invisible glass which is what I use on my car. Lot of great outdoor equipment here and cleaning supplies at good prices. This is also very accessible with a sizable parking lot which really helps.

Thank you PJ for helping a wife get everything in her husbands to do list!!! Very helpful staff and this store has everything you need with the convenience of being local and small enough to find your way around. Not like Home Depot!!!

Convenient. So much easier to find what you want than the big box hardware stores. And better, more helpful staff, especially in the paint department.

I'm going to update this... Since the new manager has taken over the store is cleaner more organized better run .. the employees are smiling more and more open to the customer. That's a great change.. stop in take a look for yourself

I am a local handyman. I go to Rocky’s almost every day. They have a wide selection of different things to keep me going. I totally recommend them.
