Stop & Shop

Super busy 100% of time in a GREAT way. Shelves always stocked and looking full, lots of workers everywhere. Great prices, family friendly.

Donna in the self checkout was excellent. She was very helpful and very friendly. The store is clean and organized.

I don't usually go to Stop & Shop but stopped in on my way home from the beach. Was a great experience. I found some unique items and a great variety of fresh fruits, and some I don't even know what they were, lol. They had my Gatorade Zero in the medium size all flavors (is hard to find, actually). My peach ice tea on SALE! And most of my smaller go-to items. The store was clean and well organized, and the staff was helpful in asking where items were and at checkout. A nice woman even came over and said hi and asked to pat my dog. Hope to bump in to here again next visit 😉. Will add it to my if in area and need some items list!

I went here to buy egg nog. The people were very helpful. At the checkout one self check did not work. One of the front end workers tried his best to get it to work so I moved to another self check. It all worked.

On April 30th I went to do groceries and I was helped by Norman. Norman has great customer service and management skills. I would prefer to visit this stop & shop store more often, because you get treated like a value customer.

NEVER!!!! AND I REPEAT NEVER!!!! HAVE I EVER HAD SUCH A PLEASANT STOP AND SHOP EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered my daughters birthday cake a few days ago, the sweet gentleman at the bakery was AMAZING AND EXTREMELY PATIENT!! Today I went to pick up my cake which was PERFECT and asked if I could pay for some balloons to be filled, the woman (I believe shift leader or manager) kindly told me absolutely and waited for me to grab the empty balloons from my car. I went back in and a young man helped me and filled my balloons, a little incident occurred with a balloon (lol) and another kind young lady was pleased to help me and by all means she went above and beyond! These days it’s RARE to find so many employees willing to go above and beyond for a customer! I appreciate you all, I will be back! Ps! These employees deserve a special treat!! I hope the owner knows the greatness in this store!

I had to exchange something and they were very accommodating and polite to their customer. Their vegetables and fruits are always fresh and sell great organic foods at reasonable prices. It will always be my food store! Thank you!

A decent choice if everything, with grocery being a major. You may always find here discounts for the most part of the stuff you came here to buy.
I LOVE that they have Scan it! devices - they are done in a very good manner (although only for a younger folks). A software company who developed it has done a very good job! However I, as a PO, would have done it more age friendly so my mom would use it as well :) It isn't hard actually

Very clean store with great deals if you are flexible on brands and are willing to stock up with a few week's supply when the deals come. They have recently reduced many prices, and some prices are unbeatable vs what other stores charge. Plus, once you consider the true effect of gas points and instant savings deals on the prices of items that participate in such deals, it's almost like they are giving the product away (yes, they even put organic granola bars down to as low as $.50 a box that you would otherwise have to pay $4 at Market Basket). Once you consider this, Stop & Shop can actually cost you less than shopping at Market Basket.

This is a great Stop & Shop. It has plenty of parking, a large selection of products, and helpful staff. I've always been able to find what I needed. There is a strong connection to the local community, with school sports teams or Girl Scouts out raising money throughout the year.

Smaller store but has a little of everything. Great deli and fresh seafood selection. Wonderful sale items. Easy self checkout. Large parking lot. Great hours.

Great store and very helpful staff. The store is easy to find and easy to get to on Route 38. Store is kept very clean and if you look like you are looking for something, the manager will ask you if he can help you find what you are looking for. I was very impressed with the deli and meat department.

I'm not really a shopping guy myself, but I'm pleased with my purchases at the Stop & Shop. The atmosphere is nice and calming, it has a fresh smell to it too. Got everything I needed everytime I went there.

Larger store with everything you could want from a Stop N shop. I especially liked the produce department.

The produce department is the best in town. John power is a outstanding union leader who pushes himself everyday to provide only the best service for stop n shop customers.

A big thanks to Stop and Shop and their support of the Seniors in Andover. The store manager, Joe, has been a good neighbor to us at The Center at Punchard and I wanted to give him a shout-out for his hard work.

The closing manager or supervisor (I am not sure which one) but they was super nice and so was the employees. I will definitely go back a shop again.

Nice clean n employee so nice to people was my first time in this store coz I don't live there but was good 😊.

Extremely well managed store. Courteous, friendly, energetic staff always willing to go the extra mile.

Only downside is they don't always have green onion. Lots of good bargains on protein. Friendly employees. :)
