Once Upon A Child

Honestly, I have never met a more kind and helpful staff than those at this store. My first experience with Once Upon A Child as a grandmother in need of items for an extended stay by grandbaby, was without question the best customer service received in all my 53 years as a consumer. The staff went so far as to lend a hand in helping me load my vehicle with the large items. The best part, to my surprise, was the ease and eagerness by the staff to refund payment or offer a replacement for those items that were too "small" for my grandchild after trying them on her at home or, the item that did not meet my expectation which, I returned a few days later. The energy within this store is amazing. You leave feeling as if you left a room full of friends; that is the kindness this store shows its customers.

In my experience, this place totally fine and good. I love the books, toys, and clothes they sell there. Super convenient for the price. They always have a lot of great things in stock. I will keep shopping.

I had a great experience with this store! I dropped off about two bins of clothes, they did not buy many of the outfits but I got a fair price for what they did buy. My daughter is almost 3 so while I was waiting I looked through their clothes. I saw a lot of reasonably priced items, tops were $2.50-$4.50 and leggings were $2.50 each. Not the best deal I have ever seen but certainly better than paying full price. There were A TON of clothes, and they were really organized. In the 3T section they were organized by style and color. The toys seemed to be geared towards younger children. I ended up dropping off my bins and coming back later to pick everything up. I was told I would get a phone call when they were done but never did, they had told me it would be about an hour so after an hour and a half I just went back to the store and they were finished. They were busy so I don't blame them for not calling, at least it was done when they said it would be done.

I went there the other day to get clothes for my 3 year old. There was a good selection. We were able to find him some nice jeans, shirts, jammies, a light jacket and a pair of water shoes. My cousin who is currently doing the electronic baby for school was with and they were very understanding about it crying. There was one lady (who I sadly didn't get the name of) who was very friendly and offered to help us anytime I mentioned I didn't know where something was. The people at the counter weren't super friendly but they had a lot of stuff going on. Definitely would recommend.

Compared to other once upon a child's I've been to (Rochester, Burnsville) this one is by far the best one. This is the only one I've been in where the cashiers are friendly. I think the prices are fair for what your getting and I love the 15% off cards! I can't say enough great things about this one.

I love this store. They bought my used clothes and gave me decent amount of money.

The last few times I’ve been in, the staff has been WONDERFUL! I do wish they would update their hours on the store though. It gets very confusing when it says it’s open hours after it closed
