Holiday Inn Express Roseville-St. Paul, an IHG Hotel

Thank you for the wonderful room. Great customer service! I had stayed the last 3 days at the Double Tree across the street. It was so disappointing. Thank you for the wonderful desk chair!! I was working remotely and running back and forth to the hospital. I wish I would have come here first, that desk chair was a saving grace.. I ended up using their nightstand drug over to the couch the one across the street. So just Thank you for you smiling faces and providing a great stay!

Clean updated rooms. Variety at breakfast. Thoughtful staff. Location is in industrial park but not noisy or dirty. Just not scenic.

My company chose the hotel and I stayed for a week. I am often on the road for work and the quality of hotels can vary quite a bit, resembling a game roulette. Fortunately the hotel was outstanding on all accounts! I found all of the staff to be very helpful, pleasant, and friendly.

The room and rest of the hotel, including the hallways, breakfast area and lobby, and exercise room were always clean and organized. The hotel room was small, clean, and featured the usual hotel room amenities. The water was hot and the towels were soft. Fortunately, the matress was extremely comfortable as well.

Breakfast was great, hot, and included plenty of options, both healthy and tempting treats.

The location is perfect for travelers. The freeway off ramp is directly across the street from the hotel. I worked in both St. Paul and Minneapolis and getting there was straightforward. The hotel parking lot was full each day, but there is a large adjacent lot that is shared by other businesses that is available for additional parking or guests who work late. A great feature for those traveling in an RV, bus, or larger vehicle. The hotel also offers a Tesla charger and another type of charger for other model electric vehicles.

Hopefully my company books an IHG hotel in the future. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Will definitely be back next time I am in the area. Thank you Holiday Inn Express!

This hotel gets all stars mainly because I love their rooms!! Those beds are heaven for this trucker. My company puts us up there when our truck is being worked on. Breakfast is very good they egg cheese omelet sausage bacon biscuits gravy pancakes cinnamon rolls bagels. Pool is nice, but I wish they kept it warmer. Most restraunts couple miles away.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at! This is saying a lot meanings I have been to several hotels! The rooms here are huge! Very modern, sleek, with upscale amenities. They have automatic blinds, built in shampoo, conditioner, shower gels in shower/bath, 24 hour free coffee, free amazing breakfast, Keurig K cup brew coffee pots in each room, free makeup remover wipes and they use JR Watkins products. Warm water swimming pool.

Really a diamond in the rough and man that sounds cliche but I’m not sure how else to describe it. The room was immaculate, well-stocked (nicer brand name shampoos!), plenty of room. Walking distance to some amazing Indian food, Walmart, and other restaurants. There is a bread company nearby so sometimes it smells like fresh baked bread outside!! I mean cmon!!

But seriously we were pleasantly surprised (we’ve had some rough hotel stays recently). Everyone was kind and professional, room was very clean, room amenities are nice! 10 minutes from US Bank Stadium and a cute downtown area. Def save a buck or two and stay here instead of I’m town- I doubt you’ll regret it.

As a frequent flyer, I'm always relieved when we are given the opportunity to stay at a nice hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Rooms are clean, and beds are really comfortable. The entire staff was amazing. Ever in need of towels or if you're receiving mail, they're more than happy to run the item to your room in record time. Vashti at front desk was awesome. Very genuine and always smiling!

Stayed here to visit family in the cities. We are from out of state and we are skeptical on where to stay during the pandemic. I read the reviews and cleanliness. It was all true!! Clean room (even smelled like bleach) this is a must have when staying somewhere other than home during COVID times . The man at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable and safe!! Thank you Holiday Inn!!

Pretty good for a Holiday Inn Express, looks recently renovated within the lobby.

There is a pool that could fit around 5-7 people comfortably. There is a gym that would be adequate if you are a runner and it happens to be winter.

The room was very clean, as one would expect, in a 2-bed room. The bathroom was small but adequate for someone to get ready in. I couldn't hear the highway when inside, which is pretty important with it being right next to one.

Overall, pretty reasonably priced hotel near Minneapolis

We visit our daughter in Roseville frequently and have stayed at several hotels in the area but this is by far the best one. The staff is super helpful and welcoming including the lady that sets up for breakfast. The breakfast is by far the best one we have ever had in a hotel. The rooms are quiet, impeccable and extremely comfortable. Best bed I have slept in. I highly recommend this small but great hotel!

We stayed here for a convention in St Paul. The hotel was very nice. It was clean and quiet, which is always a good thing. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was standard HIExpress fare; nothing special, but it's perfectly acceptable. The only thing that I would say as a negative would be that the bathroom is on the small side, which isn't really a big deal. We would totally stay here again.

This place is great. Clean, modern, and comfortable rooms with friendly, personable customer service. The entrance to 35W South is literally directly across the street from the entrance to the parking lot here so it's remarkably covenient. Lack of hot tub was really disappointing for the price range. The breakfast is surprisingly hearty and generous! I would really recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nice. Appears to be very new. Different design than any Holiday inn Express we've ever stayed at with a smallish bathroom. Best curtains we've ever seen. And we could smell bread baking next door in the hallway!

Always Hospitable! Greeted at 8pm by Vashti with her typical warmth and welcoming manor. (Calling me by name) Doug was just finishing work for the day but took the time to make me feel welcome. Tim there in the morning to again call me by name and hand me my receipt before I even asked. I was in a hurry this morning and Luz had breakfast prepared earlier than posted this helped a lot! She too always smiles and makes me feel welcome. Obvious someone cared enough to spend time training the importance of an attitude of Gratitude. The property always cleaned and obviously well maintained. I love staying here!
