Helpful and friendly, and when my battery replacement took longer than it should have (as is usually the case when I fix my car), they brought me something to drink!

Can't say enough good things about Mike and Isaac. Top notch employees through and through. They listened to me explain what was going on, offered suggestions and took the time to walk me through my options. They referred me to an excellent service center which is where I am now. They really saved my butt. 11/10 rating. Will return if I need any parts whatsoever.

Helpful staff! I came in looking for replacement low beam headlight bulbs. The staff showed me all of the available options and gave an honest recommendation. When installing the bulbs I thought they had given me the wrong ones so I went back to ask for an exchange. Turns out I was wrong and the staff very graciously and in a very friendly way explained my mistake. I was slightly embarrassed but the staff was so helpful and understanding.

My heat wasn’t working in my Caravan went in talked to Seth. He came out and looked at my van got the coolant for it helped me fill it and explained the reasons the vehicle was so cold and not heating! He then came out again after about 10 mins and checked it. Definitely made me not feel dumb for not knowing what was wrong. It was the best service I’ve ever had at an automotive store! Keep up the GREAT service Seth and the team at Advance! You all have it right with customer care! Now my van is nice and toasty! Dylan was also extremely helpful! Thanks everyone!!!

Some POS stole the catalytic converter from a friend's car while at a local hotel. The young man behind the counter went above and beyond!

Was able to get the car under 10,000 decibels till he can get it fixed back at home.

Went there just to pick something small up a d the person helping me and gave me a little tips on what would help keep my new (used) car running nad looking good.

This is now my go to shop. I drive a BMW E46 and they regularly have stuff in stock. They are knowledgable and have great prices. I'm a car guy and back this location 100%.

Finaly a place that knows what there talkin about. i am so tired of going to other nameless places were a 12 year old tells me its a dealer part or they have to order it.

while i was there i was informed that they were a hub to other stores so they have a immense inventory.

Purchased some tie rod ends from CarQuest and the service was great. I got the right parts and have no complaints.

I can't remember her name but she's an older gal she's great, funny and knowledgeable.
