My family and I came down from Westerville for the breakfast buffet . We had an excellent meal. The buffet was absolutely delicious! We had everything from smoked salmon to eggs to order to a beautiful display of patisserie!Our server was friendly and very attentive. Even the valet parking was first class. He also was so friendly and efficient. Even though the weather was gray, we had a beautiful experience. We chose for a romantic weekend in this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated, the restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience, and the staff even surprised us with a special treat. We'll cherish the memories from this stay

I stayed at the Norwood Inn in Roseville on Saturday Oct 21 took a long time to cheek in . The room had not been clean stuff was all over the floor where it had not been vacuum. Two $52.00 change one at 3:20 am and another at 4:10 am from the Norwood Inn to my credit card after calling down to the front desk ask why I was told I would have to talk to Dan management at 9 am what I did when he told me it was there new program and he would reverse the changes it's been two days now and the changes are still on my card? Called in again just to be told call in the morning to talk again management is what I'll do. Not sure what scam their running there?

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. The room was well equip with water boiler and safe deposit box. My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient.

We love this NORWOOD INN, the staff is efficient and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is convenient and offers a nice variety. The hotel is also easy to find and access. It is also far enough from the highway that you don't get a lot of traffic noise.

Stayed there for 5 nights. The rooms and common areas were very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast was good and changed slightly each day. The area and hotel was quiet.

I drove around for about two hours trying to find a hotel that wasn't booked. I normally never have an issue. However, this time every hotel was fully booked or was running around $150-$200...even Motel 6 down the street was $110 and was full. The gentleman did say he was completely booked but would see what he could do. He found me a non-smoking room at a great rate (about half of what everyone else was running). Once I got up to my room he checked in to make sure that the room was clean and was to my standards. He was extremely friendly and I also felt like he was looking after my safety.

Now, is this a 5 star hotel? No. You get what you pay for but it was quite, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was probably the best customer service I have had in a long time!!

The cons are that they require a $100 deposit, it's not in the safest neighborhood, and the parking was scarce (although they were fully booked) so that is to be expected. I would definitely stay again due to the great customer service.

After a heck of a time booking through supertravel, I arrived for the front desk clerk to tell me there was no booking under my name and the site must be a scam. I left only for the site to direct me back to get written confirmation from the desk clerk to get a possible refund on my fees. I returned and explained to Sean(Shawn) the kind, helpful on duty clerk, what they needed. He went to his computer and there was my booking. After a Hassel to collect my funds onto my bank card to cover the deposit, Sean was very patient and a great help working with me to get this late booking complete. So first anyone who reads my review, if you want a place to sleep and wash up, and not on no shady business, I recommend this location as a 5/5 for everything. On a side note I would advise not to use supertravel to book and if you do, make sure you are on them to make sure they reserved the booking or opt for a refundable booking almost was a nightmare for me.

They provided excellent customer service! The front desk let me print a few things which would have cost about $10 anywhere else. You come and go as you please, nobody is too intrusive, the cleaning staff was impeccable and if you wanted your room to be left alone it wasn’t an issue! I needed to add an additional night and it was no issue, same room as well. Vending machines, laundry, informative people!

Been living in hotels for a month and this one has been the best by far! Nice room EXCELLENT 24/7 COFFEE! Pool under maintenance and a whirlpool. Laundry and vending machines that work. Oh I forgot the continental breakfast donuts, coffee and fruit for me! Great staff and sociable guests.

The property did not look so nice on the outside, but amazing inside. The manager Kristy and the guy at the front desk, i believe it was Anthony, we’re both very nice people and cared for the guest. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was also fairly close to St. Paul and Minneapolis!
