The UPS Store

I was in and out within a couple of minutes even though I visited on a Saturday afternoon. I don't know why there were a couple of negative reviews in the past about the young red-haired man, who is the one who took care of my errand. He is rather quiet, brief and to the point, but I found him very pleasant, clear, and helpful. The store is spacious, unlike the tiny cramped Quarry location in Minneapolis.

Just stopped by here to drop off an Amazon return. There was only one woman working and despite the line to the door she kept her cool with a good attitude and kept everyone moving. Nice work, I hope you get some backup soon!

The man that was waiting on me was SUPER helpful and courteous. This is a smaller store but all the employees were big on customer service !!!

Had passport pictures taken here, Staff was polite and professional through the process and got me out the door quick!

I was recently recommended this UPS store by an auction company near them. They were very quick to respond to my request for a quote, awesome at picking-up the piece for shipment, and I just received the box last night. They did an amazing job wrapping the piece of art so that it arrived safely. Thanks very much!

The staff today went above and beyond what’s expected for customer service at Ups. Highly recommend this team for all your shipping needs. Cody was the best and so patient while I tried to access a UPS code for a label I couldn’t print from the office. The website isn’t the same for the ups company and he was invested in making sure I was taken care of and my customers got their eyeglasses shipped so they can live and see! Thank you so much to the staff and manager. 100 stars!

Staff had great communication and were very helpful, particularly Randy. I had a painting packed and shipped and it was packaged with great care. Having had some bad transit experiences with art, I was extremely happy with the level of care and professionalism.

I highly recommend this store. I recently shipped a large keepsake chair and stool from this store to Seattle. The Ups staff member, Randy, was very friendly and professional. He explained in detail the shipping options and how the chair would be packed to protect it. I was so impressed that he sent me an email the next week to follow-up with me about if the chair had been received and how to coordinate delivery.

Overall, I was very impressed with his friendly manner, attentiveness to detail and followup. His service went above and beyond and I would give him 6 stars if that was possible. :)

They picked up and packed my item from a local auction. Nice people. Great packing and fair price. Shipping is usually a hassle and 'a gouge' through online auctions. This experience was great.

I was in last week to ship presents to out of state family. I had a stack of 6 boxes going to 4 locations and the person assisting me was patient, despite a long line forming behind me. I know me holding up the line was likely annoying for the people waiting, but the service I received was great. Thank you!

Ryan at the Fairview store was absolutely amazing and I love the support that Randy gave him, empowering him to make decisions to help my team and our organization out at the last minute. With COVID, a lot of the locations we use for our background services were closed and we were in urgent need of the services at this UPS store. Ryan went above and beyond at the very last minute to help us amidst our chaos in trying to remain organized. He truly put the customer first and was incredibly pleasant in his willingness to help. It’s something you don’t see as much anymore in high traffic service areas, especially with increased stress levels around COVID, but Ryan was the epitome of taking the extra step and making sure our needs were meant. Wonderful experience! Thank you to the team at this location!

I was the successful bidder in a recent Minneapolis auction. I needed to have the posters I won collected, packed and shipped to me in Toronto. Randy and his team provided excellent service at an extremely reasonable price. They have my highest recommendation.

Happy in New Hampshire

On Feb 9th the customer service at this UPS store was outstanding in helping us ship a complicated collection of family heirlooms, including large framed prints and fragile antiques (delicate wood and glass wall clock, large ceramic vase, glass display case), from this store to our home in New Hampshire. In particular, employees Randy Jessup and Tyler Schopf were very helpful in discussing the best way to ship the items with us, and did an amazing job wrapping and protecting each of the items the best way possible (which was evident when we unpacked them). Not only did the items arrive without any damage or mishap, but they arrived surprisingly quickly (we dropped them off on a Wednesday and they arrived the following Tuesday). Great job guys!

I needed some professional help to wrap a handmade dollhouse to be shipped from Minneapolis to London via Iceland on a plane. This UPS store did very well! The dollhouse was professionally wrapped and shipped in a custom made box and landed safely without any incident of breakage or damage, even to the newly attached intricate fence on the outside of the house. The mere charge of 80 dollars to do this was a small price to pay for my children's happiness in London. Thank you UPS!

This is my go to UPS Store. Staff are always helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to assist with my printing as well as with my shipping and returns. I'm also thankful they are regularly open seven days a week.

Team member Cody recently helped me out with memorial cards for my son. He was very helpful and great in designing the cards in a time of need. Great job guys!! Thank you!!

All I can say is awesome service! My prints didn't arrive for my art show in time and I came here to make prints! Katie is phenomenal!! I will come here all the time to make prints! They truned out amazing ! I would recommend any artist who wants prints made on cardstock, go see Katie!
