We have worked with this staff for over 20 years and have found them to be wonderful. They helped out our small business when none of the larger banks were interested. They are responsive, helpful and great to work with - like having a small town banker. None of the up sell or questionable practices of WF or the other big banks.

People's bank is a great place to do banking. I am truly impressed with their customer service as they go above and beyond to meet my banking needs. For those who need a good bank, I would give these guys a chance. I've been with several banks before, however I believe I found the bank I will stay at. The staff is great and my main banker, Jennifer Resner, is amazing!

What's the point of having a night deposit when it's in a locked entry that you can't access!?

I know all banks close around 5, but 4:30 is too early, when am I supposed to be able to do anything with the bank, let alone the weekend

Edit: second time I’ve had to come to this bank and yet again it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Nobody inside was willing to help me and I was just left to figure it all out without any help, meanwhile the only pen I had access to was dry and so I was having to scrape my information into the envelope and HOPE that the workers can see it otherwise I’m SOL. Also change your phone to say your hours are until 4:30 if you are going advertise 5 pm and then have it immediately go to voicemail at 4:45. The window plainly says until 4:30 so why advertise otherwise

Horrible customer service!!! The lady behind the desk wasn't at all happy I showed up and she had to put her personal call on hold. When my task required her to use the phone for work purposes, she got really grumpy. She had to hang-up on her personal call, and then started complaining about how the phones haven't been working... even though they worked fine for her non-business related calls?

I should have gotten her name, but if I was her supervisor... She'd be fired in a heartbeat. Good help is hard to find yes, but she would be rather easy to replace.

Try training your employees that are dealing with your customers... They're the face of your company and our first / last impression.

---Oh I'll add... the issue I was having that this lady put almost no effort into helping me with.... was solved without any issue at another location. As in it wasn't an issue at all, this lady just made it one because she was a grumpy piece of work that shouldn't be dealing with customers.
