My husband and I were ready to shop around for new home and auto insurance and my mom recommended Jordan Pastorius with American Family Insurance. She was absolutely amazing…not only did she save us money but she taught me a lot along the way. She spent time in answering my questions and made sure I was understanding the decisions I was making. I had no idea before what I was choosing in my insurance packages but now I have so much more knowledge about it thanks to Jordan! Greg Nygard and Team are pehnomenal. I have been insured with them for many many years. Car insurance, sometimes Rental, and now homeowners. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone I meet. Their communication is remarkable. Always quick to respond via email, text, and phone. One time I even got an email response on the weekend. They are kind and thorough and work great as a team. Leadership ike Greg, who is steering the ship, so to speak is likely why the whole team works so great as a unit. The last email I received was from Greg he is active in clients' needs as well, not removed like some leaders. I have always felt and they have proved that they want me to save as much as I can. They help with bundling to get the best rate. Even though insurance has gone up everywhere, they explain that and still have my interest in mind to get the best possible rate and ways to save. I have emailed Greg so many times and told his staff that they were amazing to work with. Lastly, I asked Greg if I could write a Google review as I never have written one. So here I am.
