Ho King

It was only takeout unfortunately, but overall the staff was helpful with ordering, the orange chicken sauce was amazing and was plentiful, good rice, great Cream Cheese Wontons, overall 5 stars. I will be back.

UPDATE: as I said, I was back, still a 5 star experience, LOVE the orange chicken and wontons, i took pics this time (I have soy sauce on the rice)

Good portions, doesn’t look or taste like typical frozen Chinese food. Seems to be freshly prepared. Shrimp fried rice hit the spot. Chicken was good also, they actually use white meat, not those frozen mystery nuggets.

I love their Chow Mein, but it is there Sesame Chicken that is to die for. Not just a chicken nugget with sauce on it like some places, these are caramelized and so tasty!!

Have been eating at Ho King for years. The owners are very friendly people and the food is amazing. I order the chicken chow mein and it is the best! Will continue to support this small business

This is a mom and pop joint.
Love this place. I was scared at first because it is old on the inside and unusual with clutter. The buffet when they had it looked ... Not appealing however-

I ordered food to go and I would have gotten the buffet eventually, because the food is good.
Chow Mei Fun which is not on the menu- but my favorite, and they make it. It’s so good.
Sesame chicken is good. Love the cream cheese wantons or cheese puffs.
I have ordered other things but the names escape me at the moment but they were so good too.

Must try! I order during the day.

I've been eating here since I was a kid. 20+ years later, and the food is still just as good as it has always been. I've tried to find a place that makes better sesame or sweet & sour chicken, but nothing else compares to Ho King! The lo mein and egg drop soup are incredible, too. Not only is the food really good, but the owners are great, kind people.

Hard to beat for the price. We get Ho King pretty regularly at our house. They're quick, they have free delivery (but don't forget to tip), and the food is consistently delicious! Haven't really had any problems or complaints :)

The food has always been great from Ho King when my husband and I have ordered delivery. The delivery drivers we've had have been friendly, also friendly service when calling in to order, never any issues. If we order on a busier evening, they apologize if they are running a little late. We usually get the sesame chicken, house fried rice, beef with pea pods, and a couple of egg rolls.

I don’t know why everyone is saying the place is nasty! Try it for yourself, I tried them for the first time tonight and they were very good! I had fried chicken, vegetable fried rice, beef lo mein, and shrimp egg foo young! It was outstanding! It took a little long but it was worth the wait. Try it for yourself .

Never been here, but I have a very similar number to the one that they have so people keep calling me. I've now started taking orders from people and asking them if they would like their meat choice substituted with human meat for an extra $15. Alternatively I've asked people if they would like for me to have the chef beat their meat prior to packing it. 5 stars for the endless supply of fantastic reactions from people.

I love Ho King. I've been coming here for over 10 years. The lunch buffet is the best deal around. Surprised me and my friend haven't put them out of business with how much we eat each week.

I moved up to Richfield and when passing through Hastings I had to swing by because the food was that good. Always fresh, always hot. Egg rolls are nothing special, and the wantons are good, but not the best I've had. Sesame chicken is the best in the cities.

This is my favorite restraint I've ever been to , the sesame chick mixed with just a little white rice is to die for. They deliver or you can order ahead and pick up in store , no in person eating because of covid.

Good Chinese buffet with a couple of outstanding options at an unbeatable price which includes your drink. The owners are very friendly and attentive to their customers as well. I stop here for lunch every time I'm in the area.

EASILY the BEST Chinese buffet I have ever experienced. You can actually taste the quality if the meats they use, definitely not your average quality buffet experience. Highly recommend!

Love this restaurant and the people that own it are so friendly. This restaurant's buffet is worth every penny. We now go at least every 2 weeks. Support your locals!!!

The food we tasted are great, the sesame chicken, mushroom, spicy wings are our favor. The lady server is very nice and friendly. We will eat there again.
