Hot Head Burritos

I have never had a bad experience here. I am a repeat customer and have always had fresh, hot, delicious food from here.

Miranda was the best server I have ever met. Professional and great attitude give her a raise!!!

First time eating here. Instead of only getting my favorite ingredients, I went with the #2 in a burrito. This is the Hawaiian style. Holy black beans! It was amazing. So much flavor and that sweet habinero sauce definitely put a zing in there. Perfect balance of sweet and savory in every bite. The store was spotless and well lit. Kudos to the staff.

So good, this location is better than the one on 21st street btw. Get it toasted !!

Have only gone to hotheads a couple times so do not know the menu well, plus I was going through the drive thru and on the phone with my husband to get his order. Food was good but really wanted to leave this review because the young woman who took and fulfilled my order showed wonderful customer service skills and patience dealing with my somewhat slow order. Her name was Hannah.

First time at Hot Head’s! Overall it was a great experience. Food was really good and like how they had had different choices. Not sure if something was going on in the restroom, but the sewage smell in the dining room was bad. I do look forward to going back to Hot Head’s soon!

The 2 employees at night are amazing they made food for me and my 3 family members. My mother in law lives off of 21st Street but instead of going to that location we drive all the way to Heath bc of them.

Love this place. Chipotle has become bland and overpriced. I haven't had a bad experience here. And the keto recipes are awesome!

Took my kiddos here for dinner and the workers were very friendly and awesome with talking to the kids for their orders! Very clean and fresh food. Would highly recommend 😌

Great service, friendly staff. Very good selection of meats and especially sauces. If ya like it hot this is the place to go for sure. Haven't tried their milder flavors, but the hotter stuff is great!

Seems like the Cantina nachos went down in size but not in price.

I ordered catering from the Heath, OH store last week with just a day notice (first time catering order). I called the store and talked to Miriah and then ended up having to call and make a ton of changes and removing people, then adding more people on the next morning. It was a VERY messy catering order because my number of people kept changing. Miriah and team MADE IT HAPPEN!!!!! Everything was prepared and done ON TIME and the food was AMAZING. The team liked it way better than Chipotle (who we always ordered from before, but they have asked from here on out we order Hot Heads for catering and I agree! And the best part was Miriah was so extremely sweet and helpful, and no matter how many changes I made she got me my new totals ASAP, and was friendly and professional the whole time. This store will get it done for you no matter what and we will definitely be ordering from them from now on!

Hot Head Burritos is heavily dependent on the quality of employees that work there. The one in Heath is one of the better stores. Clean,fast, and pretty well taken care of.

Delicious and made exactly to suit you. Very helpful staff, makes sure you're happy. Very fast, but still good quality. Will return!

Food is really good. They are alot better than Chipotle.
