Incredible food. Love the rigatoni, fresh parmesan, avocado salad. They also had a tasty sea bass filet special.

Highly recommend for the food, atmosphere, and service.

We chose the restaurant due to its proximity to NYC as some of our party was coming in from midtown. And what a pleasant surprise for all of us. the service is impeccable and the food was delicious and well prepared and seasoned. From the owner's hospitality to the waiter to the bus boy, all the staff were well dressed and respectful and attentive. We ordered seafood, pasta and steak and veal dishes and they were all perfectly cooked. the atmosphere is welcoming and like being at home. I recommend you visit when you find yourself in the neighborhood - you wont be disappointed.

Hey all you NYC snobs this Englewood Italian has better food than 90% of the Italians in NYC and much, much better service and atmosphere. Rent a car and come out here to this very traditional and amazingly delicious Italian with the most incredibly nice host and attentive, professional, friendly staff you will ever find. The menu and specials were amazing, we ended up with the seafood pasta and a veal-eggplant parm dish that was incredibly delicious. Loved everything about it.

Excellent service and very delicious food. We had the scallops, swordfish (a special), and pasta. Everything was super fresh and cooked to perfection. We will be coming back for sure!

An amazing Italian restaurant that has a superb lunch special. It comes with appetizers, your choice of salad or soup of the day, entree, and a fruit platter for dessert. The seafood linguini was authentic and cooked well, and overall the restaurant had a cozy yet lively atmosphere to it.

It doesn't get any better!!!
I highly recommend this place! Go at lunchtime, the prices are lower.

Always wonderful service and food off the charts. I dare anyone to tell me where you can get better lasagna!!! Everything is fresh. Can’t say enough about this restaurant. Fun fact, the owners brother owns the steakhouse next door ( which is also fantastic!!)

It was the best option my future boyfriend could choose, spectacular service, delicious and fresh food. We loved it, 100% recommended.

Dinner at Cafe Italiano was delicious. We were greeted by a door man, maitre D and guided to our table. Great view of the restaurant and outside as we had the corner table.

Dinner was the Chilean Sea Bass with vegetables and the Scaloppine Di Vitello Saltimbocca.
Both were delicious and plentiful. The vegetables were fresh, seasoned and tasted great. The potatoes were especially tasty.
We enjoyed an apple strudel for dessert.

The waiter was attentive without being over bearing and was friendly.

Thus is a more upscale restaurant than Google lists it as. I would say $$$ as opposed to $$ as listed.

Back (post covid) a food is excellent- Back during Covid-19, ate outside & just as good as pre-pandemic. Great food. Great service. Great owner. Highly recommended!!!

Wow the absolute BEST fried calamari perfectly prepared super fresh. Great bartender. Delicious pasta and attentive service

The pasta was absolutely perfect. The service was great. The dessert and espresso was the perfect ending to a delicious meal. My only disappointment is that we are from out of state and are too far away for frequent visits.

Hadn't been here in years! Ate at an outside table, but you didn't feel hot. The food was delicious and just right! It was mid afternoon so there was no crowd and service was attentive.

Great food, service, and location. The portion sizes were large, as well.

Great quality food. Met the expectations. The owner and the manager is very nice and welcoming, much caring and noticing. The cocktails were on point, the same with desserts.
What need to improve a bit is some of the waiters and their communication skills. In overall, every dish we had from appetizers, chicken, fish, and veal were delicious and worth the $$.
Definitely will come back and recommend this place. It’s top 3 Italian place in the area in my opinion.
