Best bank I've ever worked with. Both with personal and business. Ive been working with them for a while now and wouldn't go anywhere else. No other bank holds a candle to Kennebunk Saving! Jodi and the team have gone way out of their way to help me with all my needs. I couldn't be happier with the customer service! I'd give 100 more stars if I could!! Thank you everyone!!

Update 8/25/23: was contacted by very help VP who has resolved immediate issues and has promised to correct issues with foreign phone numbers. Changing my review to 5 stars because of the very quick and positive response by the bank.

Moved outside the US and got a foreign phone number. This totally screwed up my banking with them. Their IT systems are archaic, at best, because you cannot enter a foreign phone number for your contact info, even though they will happily mail your statement to you in Europe.

DONT trust the manager Jodie, She has been known to talk about customer private information while getting drunk at bars. I’ve been told Information I should have never been told. How this woman isn’t fired is beyond me
