Keaton was so fantastic he came in and fixed what needed to be fixed super quick. He was polite and had a smile on his face. I hope they never get rid of the Keaton. There was also another lady that I forgot to mention. Her name is Lina, and she is fantastic at picking the trash up at the front of the compels and in the garages. She is one fantastic lady and hard working. I appreciate her and her hard work around seasons to make it look clean and presentable. Lina and Keaton are a true asset to Season, and I can fully trust and know that they will get the job done.

Maintenance requests are always handled so promptly (Most of the time within 24 hours) and Keaton is extraordinarily kind. I cannot say how much I love our staff! They’ve gone above and beyond in so many ways. Our Common spaces are always clean. I would absolutely recommend seasons On city Creek!

I haven’t felt compelled to review this property, but with the new property manager Garret and Sol in the office and Keaton and Lina running the show I have nothing but good things to share! Great changes are being made and I feel not just safe, but truly at peace. Maverick next door and pretty much everything I need in walking distance- love the new smart home features coming in from secure outside doors and key pad so I never lose my key!!! Also piano in the common area is always tuned!!!! Huge plus!

This apartment is in a great location (within walking distance to trax stations and Delta Center) and has excellent environment. It also has terrific view from the balcony facing both the mountains and downtown. The staffs Garret, Marisol, Keaton and Palina have been super nice and professional during the tour and move-in. Highly recommended 🤍🤍

I have recommended this apartment complex to all of my friends and family because it really is the best place to live. The location is convenient, very safe, they know how to take care of their tenants, very gracious I may say and Garret, Marisol, Keaton & Palina is amazing and very helpful! ✨

There's a lighter vibe throughout the community and the new smartlocks have been awesome! Keaton and Lina are a amazing maintenance crew and are always working on something new.

I am so happy with my decision to move to this apartment complex. The community is peaceful and quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the management team (Garret, Marisol, Keaton & Palina) goes above and beyond to make sure we feel at home. 🥰🥰

I highly recommend this place. The apartment is very nice, clean and also spacious. I also love how they take care of their tenants special mention to Garret, Marisol, Keaton and Palina.

Marisol has been very kind and helpful with the move in process, and she has also helped me with a request for something that was missing. So far I feel very happy living here.

They were very prompt to take action. Got the lights fixed within the day! Very good job indeed!

The office staff is super friendly and very helpful. Andrea is on top of her game and always has the right information to all of my questions! Keaton and the maintenance team do an awesome job keeping this place a beautiful place to live! I would highly recommend making this place your next home if you are looking to live downtown SLC.

Keaton got right on my leak my fridge before anymore damage. Lina has such a great personality and brought treats.

Lina and Keaton were excellent to work with. The toilet flushed and all of our problems were gone .

I have lived here for a few months now and it has been so great! Lonnie and the assistants in the office are extremely attentive and helpful with anything you could think of. Also, the maintenance man, Rick, is awesome! He genuinely cares about taking care of issues. We’ve had some hot water issues and he has made it a mission to find a solution and even offered his personal number for us to call him if we have issues after business hours. It’s a very relaxed renting environment. The only thing I wish was a bit better was guest parking, but there is an option to pay for (cheap) guest passes from the front office. Would definitely recommend as a place to live!!!

Moved in just about two weeks ago and it has been nothing but all things amazing. The staff is so friendly, the residents are friendly, the dog run area is amazing. Last and certainly not least the maintenance guy Rick is phenomenal. My sink had a leak and my garbage disposal had an issue when I first moved in and he came up practically simultaneously to my maintenance request and got everything taken care of. Would recommend to anyone.

I love living at Seasons On City Creek! The whole staff is friendly and accommodating. They are responsive and Carra knows everyone by name! Alyssa in the office is great about keeping residents informed of upcoming promotions and activities. The location is in a quieter corner of downtown which makes it peaceful without losing the metropolitan feel. Plenty of parking and pet friendly. Apartments are well cared for and the staff is great about fulfilling maintenance needs. Highly recommend.

I have lived at Seasons for over 4 years and cannot recommend it enough. The apartments are spacious, the building is quiet and clean and the surrounding area is safe. The covered parking garage is extremely convenient and there is an awesome dog run behind the building that is very large and well maintained. While the building itself is great, it is the staff that truly makes this an unbelievable experience. Maintenance requests are very quickly addressed and Carra in the front office is absolute god send. She is so kind and easy to work with. The entire staff at the Seasons does an excellent job of being attentive and welcoming and offering a great experience for all of its residents. I highly recommend Seasons on City Creek!!!

We have lived here since the building opened, I think 8 years now! Carra is great and really knows her stuff, she's been here almost since the beginning, but Seasons has the best staff all around of any place we've lived. I think a lot of them even live here, which is nice. Safe, location is ideal close to the center of downtown but also feels like we're part of the Marmalade neighborhood, too. The backyard is really wonderful if you have a dog who likes to socialize! Highly recommend!
