I want to give a huge shout out to Shian. I was having trouble with my phone & he went above and beyond to not only get me a better phone but with doing an analysis on my account as well. I’m leaving a happy customer thanks to him. Highly recommend!

Shian & Trillion were beyond helpful… I went in for an upgrade and had to grab a new phone in absolutely no time I was in and out… Usually the process takes forever, but it was so quick and easy. They were the sweetest people any questions I had not just regarding the phone but the settings they helped with 123. I’d say something that I thought would take about three hours took about 45 minutes.

Shian Andrew is the nicest sales representative I have ever met at Verizon or anywhere . In fact, he is so knowledgeable, so courteous, pleasant and relational. Cheyenne spent so much time with me, assisting me with answering my questions and resolving all of the issues that I had. I am now leaving this store as much happier client and I feel secure with all the details that Cheyenne help me to take care of. I can’t thank Cheyenne Andrew enough for his dedicated service .

We have been Verizon customers for years. One day we came across TCC Verizon and we’re so lucky to have met Juan. He is incredibly patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and is truly there to make your experience productive. Everyone working there were incredibly helpful. If you haven’t been there, definitely stop by.

I came to this location in need of help with my old LG device & received help from a nice young man named Shian. He sold me a new device and made the transition seamless, I highly recommend this location for any wireless needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Brandi when I went in for a new phone. The deals at Verizon are unmatched anywhere else, where I can get a brand new iPhone 15 and Series 9 Apple Watch for $25 dollars less than I was paying at T-Mobile. She was kind, funny and straight to point in saving me money and did it all in ample time. I recommend everyone see her when they go in, she is marvelous.

Best experience I've had with Verizon. Juan was over the top helpful. Calling IT support can get frustrating and feel very robotic. I tried for weeks to fix a wifi issue. There is nothing like coming into the store and having a great worker like Juan explain the issue and give me a practical solution to the problem !

Manny was excellent in helping us get our phone working correctly! We had the best possible service and outcome. He was simply wonderful in assisting us.

We visited this store to shop for an iPhone upgrade. We were fortunate to have Shian Andrew assist us. He was very easy to work with, patient with our many questions, knowledgable on products and plans, and diligent in explaining the pros and cons of all options. Juan was very easy to work with. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or want. He was straightforward and got to the point with what I wanted and needed.

Juan is actually the best. Walked in to get an internet issue fixed and there were 5 different people with different issues and he was able to handle everyone efficiently and fix everyone’s issues. This man deserves a raise fr.

Shian helped me switch from my Droid to an IPhone this morning. He was unexpectedly the only employee this morning and it was very busy with other phone switches and equipment drop offs. He was kind, patient, efficient and knowledgeable as he juggled multiple tasks at once. I would return to this location for all Verizon needs given this excellent service.

Worked with Ahmad today, were in the store for a couple hours getting our phones upgraded. Pleasant experience!! He gave us the best deal available, definitely recommend doing your transaction with him :)

Came into the store just to pick up our new router but ended up switching and upgrading our family line because Ahmad told us about a great new deal! Stayed for a couple hours but had a great experience!! I recommend doing your transactions with him, very efficient!
