Purchased 2 items and wifey changed her mind about one and chose another from the store; what she picked was on special order but Santiago accommodated us with the “on display” since my wife wanted it NOW. I believe that the team at this store DO their best to accommodate common sense demands from customers. Today I purchased the 3rd item but this time it will be 6 weeks delivery but one makes their choice.

The service was great and Santiago beat the price of the competitors. The quality of the furniture and bedding speaks for itself. I'm glad I went to Huffman Koos. Been a family store of ours since I was a child. The furniture purchased from here years ago is still being used and in great shape. Don't forget to ask for Santiago at the Watching location.

Really great customer service! The staff is friendly and attentive and they helped me get my new dining chairs. I also like that the price of delivery and set up is included with the furniture especially after I had to throw away my entire dining set from Amazon after it wore out in a few months. These guys are good for reasonably priced furniture that still is good quality, and they have a good selection of art pieces as well.

Wow I’ve never had such an easy, enjoyable experience buying furniture! Sheldon, the store manager, is very knowledgeable about all types of furniture and answered all my questions about buying a new bed. He took into consideration my price point and offered many options while giving me time to think about what I want. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone I know! My fiancé and I were very happy with our purchase.

We worked with both Bibi and Sheldon and they were awesome. They were professional, understanding of our needs, gave us great ideas and spent a lot of time with us. I went to Huffman Koos in Green Brook, NJ to purchase living room furniture. My saleswoman, Dana Macmillan, was extremely helpful, courteous and congenial. I then shopped at two other furniture stores for a better price. Because I had started this whole process with Dana, I texted her with my lowest price and she spoke to her manager, Pedro Santiago, and he immediately matched Value City's price. I was extremely excited to be able to go back to them and purchase my living room set. Their enthusiasm was refreshing and because of them I will remain a loyal customer to both of them and Huffman Koos for any future Furniture needs that I may have!! I highly recommend the Hoffman Koos store in Green Brook New Jersey and Dana and Pedro are fantastic.

Huffman Koos has remodeled and is in a Grand Re-Opening right now. We had an easy and positive experience here with Sheldon. Unlike many sales folks, he was friendly and helpful without being overbearing and pushy. Sheldon helped us find just the right sofa for our living room, with some really great pillows to match. Really nice guy and very professional. Had a great experience with Sheldon, got a wonderful sofa for a good price, and would go back again!

Where do I begin! As someone new to the world of buying furniture, we struck a home run with Huffman Koos at Watchung! Sheldon the store manager is an exceptional customer service champion who helped us navigate furniture in the bedroom and living room. He was kind, patient, and gave us a warm welcome into the store. We weren't rushed, or pressured into buying which made for a pleasurable furniture shopping experience. We purchased a queen bed set AND a full size sectional at excellent prices for our new apartment. We got amazing deals on our furniture and because it's Huffman Koos, we know they'll last for years. My fiancee and I are excited to begin our marriage in comfort with Huffman Koos!

We were greeted promptly upon entering the store. We had previously been to several stores and knew the specifics of what we wanted. Such a pleasure to deal with a knowledgeable salesperson. How fortunate for us and for Hoffman-Koos - Sheldon is a true professional!

We just bought a sectional couch here today, and the salesman who helped us was excellent. He was intelligent, insightful, and honest, and most importantly, he gave my wife and I plenty of space to make our decision. We plan to return in the future for any additional furniture purchases.

I was very happy with my shopping experience and my purchase of a sofa sleeper at the Huffman Koos store on rt 22 in Watchung, NJ. My store representative, Sheldon, was a big help--giving me all the necessary information I needed and letting me make up my own mind pertaining to my purchase. The sofa is SO comfortable (great 5" memory foam mattress), sleek style and a very unique way in which the couch opens to a bed! The couch cushions do not need to be removed but fold under and are hidden by the clever opening mechanism. Thank you, Sheldon and Huffman Koos!

My Fiance and I went into this store to buy pieces of furniture for the very first time. We didn't own anything! We went in and were IMMEDIATELY greeted with so much enthusiasm. The customer service is spectacular! From the Manager Sheldon, to the Salesmen, to the secretary; they are all amazing! The thing about this particular Huffman Koos is the fact that Sheldon and his sales associates genuinely know about the furniture. They will help you find furniture based on your style and budget; on top of that, all of the furniture is QUALITY! My Fiance and I walked out of there the first time with our first queen bed set. Then came back two weeks later and bought our very first sectional! This might be a shocker lol, but we will be back to get our accent pieces and possibly a dinner table set as well! If you want quality furniture, great customer service, knowledge on furniture, just an all around experience, COME TO THE HUFFMAN KOOS WATCHUNG LOCATION!

I noticed them off the highway my family has shopped here for decades! It's only fitting I continue the tradition. James Bae was amazing and willing to help with my decision but was not pushy and that makes a world of difference when shopping for the perfect piece. I would definitely recommend this place when shopping for quality furniture.
