Charlie's Restaurant

Charlies restaurant is a great tasting little gem in the town of East Orange. The waffles are delicious. The potatoes are delicious they make the eggs just right I really enjoy eating food from Charlies. The owner has always been kind to me, as well as the young ladies behind the counter. Always great food always great prices and the best uptown and Midtown drinks that I’ve had.

They are very nice. They have good prices. And their breakfast food is very tasty. Their uptowns are the best anywhere. Wish they stayed open later.

Service and food is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years. FYI 1/1/24 prices have went up $.50 on food not beverages which is not bad.

Always good even though it's a little hole in the wall. Charlie's has the best home fries out here!

The people are very kind. Found this place by chance looking for early breakfast. We got a very large breakfast for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be ordering again, everything was delicious. Highly recommend the waffles and grits. They’re super buttery.

Charlies has never missed a beat. They have never disappointed me. You do need cash but when I’m in the area this is my go to. Grant it I only been here for breakfast I’m sure the other food is just as good. Customer service is good as well.

This restaurant is known more as a breakfast spot. They have a decent selection. The breakfast here is good and pretty affordable opposed to a lot of other places. Honestly, that's why I particular like going here. The food is good and not outrageously priced. All and all, I feel the food is done well here. If your not in a rush you can probably make a comparable breakfast. The thing is if you are on the move, this is a decent option.

Great breakfast spot! Always always busy. Never have had a problem with food or service here. Better to call ahead and pick up. Parking limited. Not a dine in.

Best breakfast you can get for under $10.00. Everything on the breakfast side is good. Never had any of the lunch items.

Been eating here over 5yrs now and I have never once had bad service. The food is good and the prices are even better.

I just moved to New Jersey and I must say this is a breakfast/lunch restaurant that has cheap prices and you get a large amount of food. Will come here often!

Very good food but whatever you get don't get anything with lettuce cause they're gonna give you a whole salad worth of them thank me later

Best tasting and most affordable breakfast in town. They remind you of what an Essex county breakfast spot use to be and should be!

Their breakfast is very good and they're polite, quick service, clean.
