During my visit, I experience good customer service; a kind-helpful employee helps me navigate Vegan options (of which I discover the menu has a lot more Vegan options than apparent as of 4/4/2023—coming from a Caribbean culture, I realize Veggie is like another way of saying Vegan, maybe depending how hard the -ie at the end is, one might better differentiate if meaning Vegan or Vegetarian 😁🫢). Upbeat Vibes! The Vegetable Roti is so filling and good. I literally eat a quarter of the meal at a time, each quarter very slowly: the ingredients taste very well together. The kicker of the meal is the Sorrel, a hibiscus drink full of flavor!!! I really enjoy the meal. My allergies literally stop acting up when I eat the meal: my sinuses calm a lot when partaking of any part of the meal (eating/drinking). The establishment requires a minimum $15 order for Debit/Credit Card use. The establishment takes different forms of payment.

I visited this restaurant for lunch piclup and I was impressed by the quality of the food. The dishes were flavorful and fresh. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. However, the restaurant has a small space and it can get crowded during peak hours. The service can be faster, especially when there are many customers waiting for their orders. The food is delicious and worth the wait. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food and doesn’t mind a bit of noise and delay.

I LOVE THE FOOD FROM THIS PLACE!! Coming from NYC, I am accustomed to authentic Caribbean food at almost every corner. When I came to NJ, the culture was very different and hard to find a REAL Caribbean restaurant- We dont do Golden Krust over here.. lol . You must try to jerk chicken over rice and peas and plantains. It is sooooo delicious. And I like the way the make their rice, it reminds me of how we do our rice and peas in Puerto Rican culture. The food is excellent and they give a good portion. The staff are also very kind and polite.

They have a juice bar. I tried the peanut protein smoothie and of course that was delicious as well. Please stop by and enjoy this delicious food. I promise your taste buds will thank you.

Terrific food, excellent service, and lovely atmosphere. I got the chicken roti wrap; it was delicious and moist. The smoothies are also really good; would definitely recommend to try the green machine.

One of the best Caribbean restaurants in New Jersey. I’ve been a patron for years. Besides the understandable rising prices, I have not one complaint!

I have been going there for over 20 years now. The food and drinks are great, the service is exceptional. The people that work there, along with the atmosphere in the restaurant is awesome! I highly recommend going there!

The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. The young ladies in the front were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning for more. High recommend for anyone needing a Roti and Curry dish fix.

Was on maps app realized I never reviewed this place. I've been here dozens of times excellent food but I'm in the mood for Caribbean or Jamaican food this is as good as it gets; But it's not for everyone. Be sure your taste buds agree however if you enjoy Caribbean food, I can't say enough curry chicken (in picture circle bowl below) with extra gravy on my rice & cabbage. Hmmm!!...

& the jerk chicken (HOT🥵! pic in square styrofoam) again lots of gravy on rice and peas, are my favorites. The best quality and flavorful !!

First time at the restaurant because it had the best reviews for a Caribbean restaurant and it did not disappoint! My pineapple drink was very authentic and sweet and the food was 10/10. Staff was helpful and pleasant and the Owner was such a nice guy! Will be going back again.

We had a phenomenal experience! Great for the adults and the kids. Great food, atmosphere, and customer service. Staff was very courteous, helpful, and responsive. The main highlights for us were the smoothies, food variety, and the oxtail! I see complaints about price to portion but it's worth it because you're paying for actual good and healthy food. Health is wealth y'all!

While in the East Orange area, I had the pleasure of meeting my best friend at Limins Café Caribe. While I have passed this area many times throughout my life, I never noticed it. All of the employees were very nice. The food was amazing. Whenever I am in the East Orange area again, I will definitely make the time to stop by for some great food as well as support this black owned business.

Me and my wife had a great time, great food and excellent customer service. The owner(Eric) and staff were family oriented and very welcoming. They are a must visit for anyone that enjoys carribean food and great vibes. The owner and his son are good people and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. All food is freshly made and prepared, we had a beef roti and a stew chicken with rice and beans and cabbage. All the food was delicious. They have a juice bar with fresh juices and smoothies and plenty of variety, also dairy free. Definitely a top restaurant.

The Owner then started bringing us sample of every Vegan option.

Definitely look forward to eating here again.
