I began getting distressing error messages and unwanted shutdowns at inconvenient times. Technician Robert ran diagnostics, suggested possible solutions, and when I approved, installed them.

The total turnaround time was quicker than I ever figured it would be. They were courteous and helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout.

They almost made this a pleasant experience, despite my unhappiness over the loss of a piece of technology I absolutely rely on!

Folks took in my computer, ran diagnostics and told me computer wasn't worth fixing. They then downloaded documents and pictures to thumb drive and got rid of computer. AND, the total cost was the thumb drive and a small charge for time to down load. Absolutely excellent service and outstanding value!!
