Had a great experience at the Mendham New Jersey UPS store today. I had no idea how fully equipped they were to do things like laminating and cutting and copying. I worked with Kimy and Mike On a little bit of a complicated project and it was fun to be in the store and work with them.

Had printing job done and was very pleased. Mike, the manager, is easy to work with and very knowledgeable & efficient. They took over store before Covid and in spite, got off to a good start. Great service!

These folks are wonderful, professional, welcoming so happy to help. There has never been a time that I have either been to the store or called with a question that they were anything but helpful. Love this store, it’s certainly a model for how to run a wonderful business!

I have owned a box here for years and have always received amazing customer service. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful! 5 star customer service for sure!

The staff at the UPS Mendham store are always cheerful and very helpful. The owners of the UPS Bernardsville store are rude and do not always give out accurate information. I only use the Mendham location now.

We have 3 choices of UPS stores to go to that are all about the same distance. I consistently choose Mendham UPS because of their helpful and friendly staff!
