CVS

I've been using this CVS as my local pharmacy for <1 year and it has always been a good/efficient experience. I've never had any problems as I've been working with my doctor to find the right medicine combo. It's always fast service, no delays, and have never run into any issues! Even when they didn't have my antibiotic, they helped transfer it so I could pick it up at a different pharmacy that day.

Great staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

People who work there are very nice and helpful, especially in pharmacy. BUT the pharmacy is chronically short staffed, and the wait times and complications with getting your prescriptions filled is pretty terrible. I'm almost ready to switch pharmacies even though the other one is less convenient to get to.

Change is hard. Those who remember Mendham Apothecary are having difficulty adjusting to the "big box drugstore" atmosphere! End caps and shelves are loaded with candy and snacks ... you can't pick up your prescription without having them in your line of vision. Little yellow sale tags are everywhere, making it hard to see the product you are looking for. The gift area? ... totally gone. We were told that CVS was going to maintain some elements of the small town uniqueness as an experiment ... all they did was put existing items on sale and get rid of them. Former employees seem a little scarce, unless they are just outnumbered by inexperienced cashiers, pharmacists and techs, who are pleasant but not as knowledgeable. Experience counts, especially when prescription questions need answers.
CVS is trying, but they have lost a number of faithful customers.

worst pharmacy staff - go to Robinson's or drive to Morristown Walgreens for any needs. I dropped off a prescription today at 11:06am and specifically asked if it was in stock since they stock very little. I was told yes it was and to return in a few hours to pick it up. I just received a call letting me know that the medication was out of stock. It is 5:23PM.

The worker was very mean and kicked me and my friends 11-12 out of the store because we were “misbehaving” when we didn’t do anything except browse honest swear to god, she yelled at us and threatened to talk to me mom

Staff has a tendency to be rude and biased against teenage patrons.

heavily biased towards teenage customers.

literally nothing is findable. a quick trip to the store to get one thing turned into 15 min looking for it.
